Chapter 347 – Dr. Wayne Seeks Info on Jerome
I couldn’t wait to show Thad, and some of the guys, the proofs of the pictures taken for The Boys of the CNB. Simon had done an amazing job. Not only that, but there was another hefty check coming my way for working with Riley and another one for the group at the CNB. I opened my laptop in the office and brought up the file. Thad was eager to see what we had.
“Damn, these are kind of hot. Show me more,” he said, as we looked at the first two. “Shit, look at the one with Trevor. Wow, can we really hang that up? I mean, he didn’t leave anything of his ass to the unknown. Knowing him, he’ll definitely be proud of that pose. I think you should leave it up on Thanksgiving when all the families are here,” Thad said, chuckling.
“Woops, don’t want Mom to see that,” Thad. I think we have to be very careful where this is posted. All the rest of us are fine. Maybe we can get one where we airbrush out the specifics there,” I suggested.
“No, you can’t do that. That furry asshole of his is his personality. You can’t take away his personality. That wouldn’t be right,” Thad replied. We both laughed, but he did have a point.
I showed Thad the proofs of Riley and me in the underwear we modeled. “Damn, if that isn’t some hot stuff. Where can we buy these models?” he asked, getting excited.
“I just happen to have the ones I wore for the shoot. You’re welcome to take a couple if you want. I don’t have the balls to wear them around here anyway,” I replied. Thad smiled big time.
“Wouldn’t mind modeling a couple of these for Cliff. Get that boy horned up and have some major fun,” Thad said, excitedly. I laughed at him.
“Speaking of Thanksgiving, we need to figure out who’s here and who’s not going to be here. Were you able to secure rooms for our out of town guests?” I asked.
“Got ‘em. I have a block of rooms at a couple of hotels. All we have to do is let them know how many we need as late as a week before we need them. It’s wide open during that week with all the students gone,” Thad replied. I was pleased.
“Can you start working on who is going to stay and how many family members are coming, so we can nail everything down?” I asked.
“Already started working on it. I have you down for your mom and dad. Not sure how many will come from Jake’s family yet, so you need to ask him. Andy told me he’d rather stay here. His brother Tony would come here. Ollie would obviously come also. He wasn’t sure about his parents. Ash would stay, but his brother Parker would come over with Tony and Ollie that morning, since the CNB1 will be closed Thanksgiving Day, but open the night before. You know Trevor is going to stay if Ash and Andy are. Not sure if his parents will come or not. I kind of hope they do, because my curiosity is killing me, wanting to find out what they’re like. We need to know which side of the family he gets his personality from, if you know what I mean,” Thad said, chuckling. I had to agree. This was going to be exciting, meeting everyone’s parents. It might also be kind of revealing, so we had to be careful, as some parents might not be aware of our lifestyle.
“You know Cliff is totally invited also, Thad. Anyone that’s close to any of us is invited. That goes for Todd and Chad, Conner and Neal, Devin and Sandy, all our accountants on staff, anyone that’s connected to us that has no place else to go that day or wants to spend it with us. That’s the rule we go by, just so you know,” I informed him. He seemed excited to put this altogether. I was also, when I thought about it. “Oh, and we need to do a mini shareholder meeting, show what all we own and the value of the company from when we started to where we are today. We need to put together a PowerPoint presentation that shows everything. That ought to get their juices flowing,” I told him, getting excited myself. “It will be good for all of us to take stock in where we are also.”
“You need to talk to Ken and Jordan about the financials. I’ll get Erin and Jason to send us some shots of the Tight Jock in Ft. Lauderdale. I’ll e-mail Griff and Toby for some pictures of the Lubed Hole in San Diego, and we’ll get Greer to send us some PG shots of the Pink Flamingo Resort. I hope no one looks that one up online,” Thad said, tongue in cheek. I had to agree wholeheartedly.
“We definitely need tame pictures of the other bars also. One of our proudest ventures is the expansion of the ranch and the aviation department. I guess we probably need to concentrate more on those businesses than the bars, seeing as this is a family event. Don’t forget the dormitory and I’ll get Buzz to put together his architect’s drawing of the Office Building for this property,” I informed Thad, who looked a little shocked.
“So, we are going forward with that?” I nodded, ‘yes’. Josh, this is going to be great,” he said all excitedly.
“We need to set up a meeting with Allen’s father’s new guy, Jules, but I want Cliff’s bank involved, so Jules will have to see what he can work out with Cliff. Cliff needs some credit for this with his bank. We need to make him look good, get him promoted to VP level or something,” I said smiling. Thad kissed me on the lips, he was so excited.
“For your information, Cliff already looks damn good, and even better naked,” Thad boasted.
“You are definitely right about that, Thad. I meant professionally, though.” Thad laughed, knowing exactly what I meant.
“Buzz has all the projections and supposedly is running them by Ken and Jordan. Oh, and Nate is joining us next week. Check with him on the Thanksgiving dinner. See if there is anyone he wants to invite or whether his family will attend also. What are you doing, by the way?” I asked.
“Mom and Dad are on a cruise in the Mediterranean during the holiday. Greg, my brother, is available. He had so much fun the last time he was here, I’m sure he’d come for Thanksgiving,” Thad told me. “Why did he have so much fun the last time he was here?” Thad asked, curiously.
“Maybe we need to find out when he gets here,” I suggested, knowing full well we fucked him silly, unbeknown to his, then, what we thought was straight, brother. Thad looked puzzled, but quickly got over it.
“Should be fun to see him anyway. We were always kind of close. I’m going to have to explain to him about my lifestyle, as I’m not going to hide Cliff from him. No way,” Thad explained.
“You might have to hide Cliff from him for other reasons than explaining your lifestyle,” I chuckled. Thad looked at me curiously. “Just joking, but the two of you need to talk. You have more in common with each other than you think,” I chided. He wasn’t sure what to think about my comment.
“What about Zach and Brady? Are they staying, or do you know?” Thad asked.
“I know Zach will be here, because he adopted my parents and they adopted him. Brady, you’ll have to ask. Not sure about Allen and OBB. Allen’s parents might come for dinner, but I’m not sure about OBB’s family situation. That’s one I haven’t heard much about. Guess we need to ask him sometime. The conversation always revolves around his one ball all the time, and we always seem to get stuck on that subject, of all things,” I commented. Thad had to chuckle, saying it did seem like that. “Dylan will definitely be here with no guests. Trent will be here, but not sure about his parents. Dustin will probably stay, but not sure about his family coming. We’ll have to see. We might be able to fly Erin and Jason up here. I’m sure his parents would come over, and his obnoxious brother, but I’m not sure how well the Jason thing will go over with the parents and his brother. You might test the water on what Erin and Jason want to do. It would be great to see them again. I really miss Erin, and Jason, hell, who couldn’t love him?” I said, cracking a caring smile.
“This is going to be quite a party, Josh. It’ll be amazing if everyone has a good time and it comes off the right way. We’ll make it great, one way or another,” Thad pledged. I told him I was sure of it, and if he needed any help with the plans, to get Allen and OBB involved, as they were great at planning events. Thad agreed.
I got a call from Conner, saying that Dr. Wayne had interviewed Jerome this morning. I couldn’t wait to hear what happened. “Get this, Dr. Wayne said the boy was perfectly sane, but had an evil streak. He put it in technical medical terms, something to the effect that he needed to be dominant, and had little patience for those that didn’t submit to his demands and needs. He generally was not prone to violence, but it seemed like when he felt like he wasn’t being treated the way he thought he should be, or people weren’t submitting to his likes and needs, the need to control was growing. He definitely knew the difference between right and wrong, but didn’t seem to care when he wanted his way. Basically, the boy is angry at the world right now, and he’s not able to control his anger. Anyway, that’s it in a nutshell,” Conner informed me.
“So, what does that mean? Are they going to put him in jail for assault or in the psych ward somewhere?” I asked.
“Dr. Wayne asked that Jerome remain in custody for the time being, since he was still agitated, so he has time to further evaluate him and run further tests,” Conner replied. “So, in answer to your next question, Trent is safe for now. He’ll be safe if Jerome gets out on bail, anyway,” Conner added.
“How can you assure that, Conner? You just never know what that boy might do. You should see the bruises on Trent’s back, legs, chest. I mean Jerome really worked him over, kind of like what X did that one time that put him in the hospital. Thank goodness it wasn’t quite as bad, but almost,” I reminded Conner.
“I can assure you, Josh, Jerome will not hurt him again. That’s all I’m going to tell you and you don’t need to ask how. I have my ways of protecting him,” Conner assured me.
“Ooo, clandestine. Maybe I shouldn’t ask. Okay, I never asked you. We didn’t have this conversation. You intrigue me to no end, you know that. This conversation makes me hot,” I teased. Conner laughed.
“You watch too much television or see too many movies, Josh. Just rest assured, your boy is safe, and I plan to keep him that way,” Conner assured me one more time.
“Can I see your gun sometime?” I asked, teasingly.
“I think you held it and stroked it in your shower one time, if I remember,” Conner replied.
“Not that gun, which was very nice in itself, and I never got to see enough of it, but your real gun. I want to make sure it has bullets in it if you have to use it,” I told him.
“I can assure you both my guns have bullets in them, the one on my waist and the one between my legs. Ask Neal, if you don’t believe me,” Conner chided.
“Now you are making me horny, Conner. I think it’s time you took care of that with Jake and me, Neal too,” I suggested.
“Forget it, Josh. I’m your friend and protector, not one of your lovers. We have to keep this professional. Those are the rules, as much as I’d like to break them sometime,” Conner replied.
“Oh, so you have at least thought about breaking the rules? Well, that makes me happy to at least know you’ve thought about it. I think my dick is hard now,” I chided. Conner laughed.
“Your dick is always hard, Josh. Anyway, I’m working, trying to protect the public, so I need to go and do my job. Share with Trent what I just told you. All of that is public record, so you’re not telling anyone anything confidential,” he added, then told me goodbye and hung up.
“You shouldn’t give him such a hard time, Josh,” Thad advised me. I laughed.
“He loves it. I would love one night in the sack with that manly man, roll my naked body all over his naked body, and feel that thick dick of his up my ass filling me full of his seed,” I said, getting carried away.
“Josh! We got it. Now, you’re making me hard. Come back to earth, and go tell Trent what you found out, so the kid stops shaking from fear,” Thad told me.
“Is he still scared?” asked.
“Hell, yes. He came in early this morning, just to be here, and not at his apartment, in case they let the asshole out of jail. He’s still frightened,” Thad informed me. I left him to go find Trent. He was behind the bar, since we weren’t busy at the time.
“Trent, I have some good news to tell you, then I have to go to swim practice,” I started to say, getting his undivided attention. “Conner called and said they’re keeping Jerome in custody for the time being. He’s still undergoing further psychological examinations until they decide whether to try him for assault or get him treatment of some sort. Even if he gets out on bail, and this is important for you to understand, Conner says he will not be a threat to you ever again. Don’t ask me how he knows that, but he told me Jerome will never harm you again. You need to know and understand that,” I told him. Trent came around the bar and hugged me. He felt good in my arms.
“How does Conner know he can’t hurt me?” Trent asked, curiously.
“Didn’t I tell you not to ask me that?” I chided. But he said how could he not ask me that, as it was extremely important for him to know, so he understood why he shouldn’t be afraid of Jerome ever again. “I’m not sure, but Conner is sure of it, and Conner’s never been wrong. You’re going to have to trust him. I do, with all my being. You should also, Trent,” I assured him.
“Well, that makes things a little easier, I guess. But, I’ll feel much better once he’s behind bars for a long time,” Trent added.
“As will all of us,” I assured him. I told Eric what happened also. He told Trent if Jerome ever stepped foot in here again, he’d make sure he flew through the wall head first. I laughed, but Trent wasn’t so sure. “Eric, you need to replace Jerome in the kitchen. Now is not a good time to be down a man. We should probably look for two guys. Check with Fritz and see what he thinks,” I suggested.
“Already working on it, Joshman,” Eric replied, smiling.
“I can help out some in the kitchen, Josh, getting salads ready ahead of time. I can work up several in the morning before the noon rush, then more in the afternoon, like now, for instance. In fact, I’ll go see if Fritz needs help now,” he said, then started to take off for the kitchen, but not before he hugged me one more time.
“He’ll be fine, Josh. He’s a little rattled right now, but he’ll be fine. Give him a couple of days. You taking him to work out last night helped him a lot. He had glowing things to say about how much better he felt last night than he has in a long time. He still thinks Dylan’s mad at him, and I guess that’s one more thing Dylan has to work through, but that will change also. Dylan’s come a long way. He’ll get over his beef with Trent, just as he did with Ross. Give him time,” Eric suggested.
“Hey, for Thanksgiving, what are you and the family going to do? I’ve been meaning to ask you, since we’re throwing a big shindig here and all.” Eric grinned.
“I guess the in-laws are coming here to have Thanksgiving with us, since I don’t have a lot of time off, and even though I know you’d give me the time off, I don’t want them to know that, because the less time I spend with them the better, if you know what I mean,” Eric replied.
“So, they are welcome to attend our big family gathering here then if you guys want to. It’s going to be great. There’ll be a lot of people here. Invite your parents also. And, Thad has rooms booked at hotels, so they won’t have to stay in your small apartment either,” I said, smiling, which made Eric smile.
“You’ve got a deal. With that many people around, I’ll be busy and not have to spend that much time with them at all. Sounds like a winner to me. Maddy might not like the fact I have to work, but, oh well,” he chuckled. I told him he didn’t have to work all that time. “Josh, trust me. I do have to work,” he said winking at me. I laughed and told him he was bad. “You, of all my friends, know how bad I can be. I mean who makes love to their best same sex friend on his wedding day just before the wedding. I mean that’s really bad,” he reminded me. I quick looked around to see if anyone heard that. I was relieved to know no one was close by. Then he smiled and blew me a kiss.
“Okay, Eric. You are bad, but I love you for it,” I told him. “I gotta run to swim class before I’m late,” I said, then took off to meet Allen, OBB and Zach to head to the natatorium.
We got to swim practice just in time to get naked to change with Aiden, Ethan and Andy. OBB and Allen took off for the diving squad, while the rest of us got naked to put on our trunks.
Standing next to Aiden, I gently fingered his asshole making him jump. “How’s your ass today? Still hurt?” I asked as he jumped.
“Damn, I thought that was your dick. I thought I was finally getting what I needed. My asshole’s fine, but I wish it was sore from being fucked by your dick,” Aiden said sarcastically. I just smiled and shook my head. Zach laughed.
“Someone you really care about, like Zach and Brady, need to help you out there, Aiden,” I replied.
“We tried to help you out last night, but I guess you weren’t ready yet,” Zach chimed in.
“I showed you how easy it was,” Ethan said, smiling.
“You’re not even gay, Ethan. You didn’t deserve that dick of Brady’s,” Aiden retorted. Ethan shut up.
“Slow and patient. Slow and patient, then an ouch, then an AAAHHHHH, and the world is great,” I chided. Aiden shook his head, but the rest of them agreed, even Ethan, to my surprise, confusing me even more. “Come on, guys. Let’s go set some records,” I said, as I covered up my naked junk with my trunks, and led them off to our practice pools.
Andy stopped me on the way to the pools, while the rest of the guys continued. “Josh, I gather that Aiden’s still bugging you about taking his virginity?” he asked. I nodded yes. “How come you won’t?” he asked.
“Andy, I really don’t want to, to tell you the truth. I care about him, but I don’t love him like I love the rest of you guys. I don’t need another sexual needy friend at the moment. You can understand that, can’t you?” I asked, seeking his understanding.
“He’s got a sexy ass, I have to say,” Andy said smiling, making me frown.
“You’re not helping matters. You have a sexy ass too. The difference is I love you very much, and I don’t know Aiden all that well. I mean I like him as a friend, but not enough to be his first in anal sex. He needs a decent boyfriend for that experience,” I replied. Andy agreed. “Oh, by the way, Jerome is still in jail and will be until they figure out what to do with him. Conner is going to keep us informed.”
“Couldn’t find a better place for the prick, if you ask me. Poor Trent. Can’t believe Jerome actually beat him like you guys said he did. Just think, I was probably only days away from that happening to me,” Andy said, thinking out loud.
“I’d have killed him, Andy. I truly would have. I guess he’s become more aggressive with time. He was just mentally abusing you at the time. Now he’s progressed to being physically abusive. Not good, by any means,” I explained. Andy shook his head.
“Even in high school he had some evil ideas. I just thought he was reaching out for attention, and kind of ignored them. The sex was okay, but nothing passionate and full of love like we had together. It was more mechanical, I guess you could say. Don’t get me wrong, as it was great to get off and cum, and his dick and ass were kind of hot. But afterwards, you kind of felt cheated somehow, like there should have been more, like cuddling and caring. There wasn’t any of that with Jerome. His parents were on the strange side also. They pretty much ignored him when he was young, never doing anything with him, just kind of giving him things to keep him busy and out of their hair, nothing like our family where my parents did things with Tony and me, and always had to know where we were. Mom and Dad were no big fan of Jerome’s either. They thought he was ‘odd’, was the word they used to describe him. Go figure. He’s odd alright,” Andy explained. I had to agree with him on that.
“So, you have any feelings one way or another on his situation?” I asked curiously.
“I guess society is going to have to figure out how to deal with the guy. Either put him through a psych program or lock him up. Seems to me he is still doing things to get attention. He’s starved for attention. I know when you and I got together and quit associating with him, it really pissed him off. He thought he was the greatest friend ever and for us to disown him, nearly killed him. I don’t think he ever got over that. Thinking about it some, I think Jerome took up with Trent, playing on the fact they were both outcasts of ours. You and I disowned Jerome at the beginning of school last year, then the whole group disowned Trent when he had his problems this year. They found kinship together, then something must have happened and that kinship went south. Jerome wasn’t about to face another loss again, and became angry at the thought of Trent breaking up with him. He just wasn’t going to let that happen to him again, and lashed out. I’m not a psych major, but knowing Jerome like I do, it seems like that might have happened,” Andy confided.
“I’m just glad you’re okay, Andy. No permanent damage done to you, thankfully,” I told him.
“That was thanks to you, Josh. You showed me genuine care, like I’d never seen before. We had some very special times together, very meaningful and genuine. You turned me around and showed me what real love truly is. Then I fucked it up, but I still have it, thanks to you again,” he said as he patted me on my ass, making me giggle.
“I do love you, you know,” I assured him. Andy smiled.
“I know that. And so does Ash and Trevor. Trevor, good grief. That was a hell of a move from you to Trevor, by way of Ash. I think I need a psychiatrist to tell me what happened there. Still, he’s funny, impulsive, somewhat crazy, very sexy, and very loving at the same time. Anything you’re looking for you can find in Trevor. Ash is steady and predictable, very creative, as most artists are, fun, sometimes, and very sexy and loving also. We make for a crazy group, but it works and makes us all happy,” Andy confessed.
“Until Trevor seduces the donut guy, you mean,” I chided, making Andy laugh.
“If that ever happens, I won’t know what to think about him anymore,” Andy said, laughing.
I left Andy at his squad, then headed to work with Aiden and Zach. I ran them through some drills, working on faster starts off the platforms, then form, then speed. Zach was improving rapidly, and was only a couple of seconds off my speed. Drew was timing us today and showing us our progress. None of us had posted any times recently for other schools to track. I did tell Zach and Aiden that Max was still a contender and was looking for a rematch and upset of last year. I had heard Max had recruited a freshman this year, that had won his state championship in another bordering state with time right there with mine and Max’s. I told Zach and Aiden we had our work cut out for us, and the key to winning was James’ program I used last year, we had adopted for this year’s training. They both agreed we needed more work.
“Was it true what some of the guys are saying, that you had a bet with Max last year and got to fuck him because you won?” Aiden asked. I just smiled and chuckled.
“Don’t believe all those crazy stories you hear, Aiden,” I replied. Zach smiled at me, knowing the truth. The I suddenly remembered that Riley’s first cousin on the State team was involved in that incident also. Riley and I had never really talked about it. I wasn’t sure Riley knew the whole story, but he knew something, as he insinuated something happened there in one of our later conversations before we became intimate friends. I made a note to ask him about it.
With practice finally over, we headed to the showers earlier than we normally did, so we had plenty of company. Allen and his group were just leaving, but Les was there and the rest of the relay team. I hadn’t talked to Les that much recently, but he was still full of piss and vinegar, almost like another Trevor, but more well equipped and not quite as hairy.
“Been missing that cock of yours, Josh,” Les whispered in my ear, as he squeezed one of my ass cheeks, showering beside me. I rolled my eyes.
“You and Brandon been getting any?” I asked. Les smiled, giving me an indication, he had. “Good for you, buddy. Nice?”
“Very nice, but he likes my cock up his ass more than his up mine. You know me, I like both, but I’m kind of partial to a dick up my ass. I like bottoming and make no bones about it. Brandon is more versatile. He liked boning both ways when we had fun with a couple of older guys my brother’s age, when we were living with him this summer. He became pretty popular with the bottoms my brother had as friends. He was getting so good at it, according to the guys he serviced, I was beginning to think maybe I ought to try him out,” he said smiling. I laughed.
“You didn’t, did you? You wouldn’t do that with your own brother, would you? He does have a nice cock, not as big as yours, but certainly one I wouldn’t mind,” I replied.
“No, I didn’t bottom for him, but I sure thought about it when he and I had to jerk off at times. A night without a cock in your ass makes you think about strange things to remedy that situation. There are times a dildo just isn’t good enough. You know what I’m saying?” he chided. I shook my head and laughed.
“Where did you find this new guy that you like so well? You meet him at the CNB by chance?” I asked. Les grinned and shook his head.
“No, now don’t make fun of me, as Brandon and I were kind of desperate at the time, Josh, but we kind of found him on Grindr,” he said, somewhat embarrassed. I shook my head at him.
“Les, you were desperate. Did he look anything like his picture, or was he old and scary looking, but had a big dick?” I teased him, knowing a lot of the postings were of some hot guy and not the guy posting the pictures.
“Oh, no. He was everything he was represented to be. Nice dick and ass, which is all you saw on his posting, but a hot looking guy. He was way over sexed. It’s obvious Brandon and I aren’t his only regulars. That’s one thing we have going for us. He’s getting enough tops, he doesn’t mind topping for us, giving his ass a small intermission, so he says,” Les said, then laughed.
“I guess you kind of found the best of both worlds then. Sounds like a great find. Is he new to Grindr?” I had to ask.
“Not really. I guess he just stepped up his game recently, as his live-in boyfriend just found out what he was doing on the side and moved out on him, so now balls to the wall with guys. Not the kind you bring home to Mom, obviously, but great for an hour or so of some hot sex,” Les replied, making me feel sick at my stomach, wondering if the guy could possibly be Peter of all people.
“What’s his real name, Les? Did he happen to say?” I asked rather seriously.
“He told us to call him Axel, but I know for a fact, that’s a fake name. He told us he wanted to remain anonymous. We told him as long as he fucked us and got us off, we’d call him whatever he wanted to be called. He kind of liked that idea, and even stayed longer that night. Tickled the hell out of our asses. I even topped him. He told me with a dick like mine, he had to have some of that, if we expected him to ever come back,” Les shared. I shook my head and smiled.
“You do have the perfect cock for a top, Les. You have to admit that,” I complimented him, looking down at his large cock and nice balls, then remembering what that ass felt like on my cock. I was starting to get a little stiff in the showers, as I talked to him. We were too early to be showering together under one spicket, like we were used to. All of us had our own shower heads today, playing it straight. “What did this guy look like, if you don’t mind my asking?”
“He had a nice dick about your size, only his didn’t point up like yours does when it’s hard. Nice shaved balls, and ass, nice ass,” he emphasized. I rolled my eyes.
“Did he have a head, arms and legs also?” I asked. Les looked at me kind of funny.
“I thought you wanted to know about the important things,” he replied. I told him he was impossible. “He looks somewhat like you, but not as cute. But he does have dark hair, some hair on his legs, nice pubes, by the way. I guess he’s about your size and weight. I have to admit, when he fucks me, I see you fucking me, which makes me cum even harder. Damn do I cum hard when I get fucked by you, Josh, or just thinking about you. Whew, I’m getting hard thinking about it now. Let’s talk about something else,” he said, fanning himself as if he was hot. I shook my head and laughed at him. He had pretty much described Peter in his description. I was almost sure he was talking about Peter, describing his looks and the fact he just recently lost his live-in boyfriend. The guy had been on Grindr and having sex for some time, but just recently stepped up his game, which is what Jake had shown me in the description Peter had on his Grindr account. Les had all but confirmed Peter was definitely involved with other guys long before Terry found out about him. I thought about saying something to Les about Terry and Peter, and the possibility it was Peter he and Brandon were having fun with, but I didn’t want to screw up his fun. Actually, it was probably better that Peter was doing what he was doing, seemingly needing this type of sexual activity with different guys. At least Terry couldn’t be hurt by him anymore, a fact I was grateful for.
I got a quick bro hug from Les, our penises briefly touching, before he left the shower room. I knew he wanted his cock to touch mine, but that was okay. I’m sure we both got a little thrill out of it. It was all good.
“Haven’t seen you talk to Les that much in a long time,” Andy mentioned, as we were toweling off and heading for the lockers.
“How’s he been on the relay team so far this year?” I asked.
“Much better and a great asset, actually,” Andy replied. “Now that he’s calmed down and not sexually frustrated anymore, he’s been great. Remember last year when we reached out to you for help. You straightened him out somehow,” Andy reminded me. I remembered all too well fucking the guy in the First Aid room to calm him down, he was so sexually frustrated. Now he seemed find, getting his ass attended to on a regular basis, by supposedly none other than Jake’s best friend and partner on the gymnastics team former boyfriend, with none of us the wiser. Oh, well, Terry was safe, so no harm done now, I thought.
Andy, Ethan, Zach and I headed back to the bar from practice. I got a call from Tuck, of all people. “Hey, you know that football season is winding down and basketball is about to start soon. You are an ex-officio assistant coach of the basketball team, but you haven’t made one practice. The team keeps asking for their inspiration after you became famous last year. You’re going to have to get your ass over here for some practice sessions some afternoon,” Tuck told me.
“Tuck, you are so full of shit. Most of those guys don’t know who the hell I am. I’m thinking Hector is lonely and needs some tender loving care, and you’re using B-Ball practice as an excuse to get me over there to take care of things,” I replied, giving him his own shit back. He laughed.
“Well, I have to admit, Hector’s been down lately because he misses you so much, Josh. I could use a good massage also, if you know what I mean,” he hinted. I laughed. “We do have an evening practice once a week on Tuesday nights, if you could make it sometime. That can’t be a busy night for the bar, being close to the beginning of the week. I would imagine you get busier towards the end of the week,” Tuck added. He was right about that.
“Okay, I’ll try to make it sometime, possibly next week if things work out,” I suggested. I could hear a cheer at the other end.
“Hector just stood straight out, he got so excited,” Tuck teased. I laughed again. “Miss you little bro,” Tuck said.
“I’ll try to get over there some afternoon to take care of your situation with Hector and then maybe make next weeks’ night practice. Miss you and love you too, big brother,” I replied. He told me he loved me also.
“You still have a big brother?” Ethan asked me, as we continued to walk back to the bar. “Does that make him my big step brother?” I laughed, and shook my head.
“No, silly. Well, I guess technically it could. You are in the same frat as he was president of last year. That’s Tuck, captain of the basketball team last year, assistant coach this year, with another powerful team,” I said proudly.
“Who’s Hector then?” Ethan asked curiously. Andy about choked, knowing full well who Hector was. I hadn’t told Zach anything about Hector before, and I could tell he was just as curious. I chuckled also.
“Hector is near and dear to Tuck. We got real acquainted last year, putting up with Tuck. Hector actually helped me out considerably last year, helping us to win the national championship. We don’t talk about Hector that much, but he hangs around with Tuck most of the time, him and his other two ball buddies,” I replied, tongue in cheek. “You guys like basketball?” I asked, quickly trying to change the subject.
“I played a little B-Ball in high school,” Ethan replied. “It was fun. I like watching it. I did watch the championship game on TV last year and heard your name mentioned,” Ethan replied. Zach, said how could anyone forget that game with me mentioned at the end. Andy just smiled and shook his head.
“The team has a night practice on Tuesday nights, and Tuck wants me to show up and give them some, so called, inspiration, before the season starts. He wants me at as many games as I can attend, so anyone that wants to go, the more the merrier. We get to sit right behind the team in reserved seats,” I told them. Ethan said he was in. Zach said he and Brady might like to go sometime. Zach thought Dustin would like to go also, which didn’t seem to set well with Ethan, but he didn’t say anything, just made a face, I happened to catch a glimpse of.
I jumped in the office to check e-mails when I got back. Thad was there working. “I told Jordan and Ken what you wanted for a presentation. Ken said it was going to be tight, but he thought he could consolidate the financials by that time, although the mechanisms to create them on a regular basis might not be constructed by then. At any rate, he said he had your ass covered. He wanted to know why we blew out of class as fast as we did yesterday. I told him you’d have to explain all that to him sometime. He’s very curious,” Thad informed me. I smiled.
Jake stopped in the office to let me know he was back from gymnastics practice. He had Terry in tow with him. Jake said Terry was trying to give Ty some space, as he didn’t want to wear out his welcome. Jake invited him for dinner and to study with us, which I thought was nice. I thought to myself, we might even get lucky and get him naked later on to have some fun. Jake and Terry were cut out of stone and just beautiful to look at, all muscular and all. Terry was welcome to hang out with us anytime he wanted, as far as I was concerned. He and Jake were really close friends, which I was happy to see.
“Terry, you’re not going to believe this, but one of the guys on our swim team entertains a guy on Grindr. I really think it might be Peter,” I told him. Terry got real serious, as he and Jake sat down at the small conference table. I told him about the conversation I had with Les. I swear, I thought Terry was going to cry, when I told him how long Les and his brother had been having fun with the guy. He just shook his head, somewhat shell shocked. Jake and I both hugged him.
“I just don’t know what to say. You think you really know someone, love them, cherish them, make love to them. They let you think you’re the only guy in the world and you’re totally loved by them, only to find out you’re not the only guy in the world at all, but just the roommate, and the love of your life is having sex with half the guys on campus, and you don’t know anything about it. Was I that stupid?” Terry asked himself.
“No, no, not at all, Terry. You were just deceived by someone you trusted, having no reason to believe they were what they were,” I told him. Jake reinforced that thought.
“I swear, when we had sex, which was almost every night and many times first thing in the morning when we woke up, it was the most amazing feeling. The love just flowed between us. I honestly don’t know how Peter had the energy or the stamina to have as much sex as he did outside our relationship. How in the hell did he keep it all straight? I certainly couldn’t do what he did. Physically, I don’t think I could handle it, but emotionally, it would have made me a wreck, trying to keep it all straight and him from finding out. It just blows my mind, guys. I don’t understand it at all,” Terry commented, shaking his head. Jake and I had to agree.
“Terry, Jake and I love you. That you can count on. We’re here for you anytime you need us. Make us your family,” I told him. Jake agreed wholeheartedly. Terry said we had been the best friends he had ever had in this world. “Jake, Terry needs a beer. You guys go have a beer and I’ll be out in a minute, once I get through these e-mails. I don’t see anything important here, so I’ll be out in a minute,” I told them. Jake and Terry got up to go get a beer.
“That’s gotta hurt, like really bad hurt,” Thad commented. I had to agree totally.
“How’s he holding up?” Thad asked.
“Seems to be doing okay so far. Moving him in with Ty helped. Letting him hang out here really helps also. He likes all the guys, and seems to enjoy everyone. He’s such a great guy himself. It’s just a shame he had to be hurt like he was,” I remarked.
“Yeh, that’s about one of the worst things that can happen to a guy in a lifetime. Talk about a shit sandwich you’re forced to eat. That’s a big one,” Thad replied. I had to chuckle, but he was definitely right about that. “I told Cliff if he ever felt the need to have sex with another guy without me there, he needed to tell me about it. I’m not sure how I’d feel about it, but as long as I knew about it, I could form an opinion and tell him how I felt about it. Not knowing and finding out later would really hurt me. Cliff agreed, but said he’d never do that without me, like if we were playing around with you guys together,” Thad informed me.
“Like if I fucked you right here in the office, because we both felt the need to have sex with one another, would you tell Cliff about it?” I asked, seriously.
“Yes, I would, and he would totally understand it, because of how much you and I love one another. He would know it was something we really needed to share with one another, but he’d also know I wasn’t doing it to hurt him or for self enjoyment. He would understand and probably be happy we did. He thinks the world in all of you too, Josh. He really does,” Thad replied. I smiled. “Why, do you need a little loving or something?” Thad asked mischievously. I laughed.
“No, no, not that, although you know I’d love that kind of attention anytime, but I respect your relationship with Cliff also. Jake and I’ll come over sometime and play with you guys, since we’d have more privacy at your place. It’s kind of like what you and I did with Ken and James that one night. I have no desire to go outside our group of friends. Jake and I are comfortable with that. Mainly, because we know our love for one another is stronger than any other could ever be. We trust one another completely and share what we do with one another,” I explained. Thad gave me a hug and told me how great our family was together. I totally agreed.
There was a knock on the office door. I thought it was Jake, but he didn’t need to knock. It was Cody, I noticed, when I opened the door. He had Dr. Wayne with him. “Josh, if it’s okay, Doc would like to talk to Trent. I asked him a few questions about Jerome, then he asked me how I knew all about everything that happened, and I told him about you being involved to a certain extent also,” he said, as I invited Dr. Wayne and Cody into the office. Dr. Wayne shook my hand, but I gave him a quick bro hug, which seemed to please him even more. Thad said he’d excuse himself. I told him to find Trent if he could, and send him in. Thad took off. I sat Cody and Doc down at the table.
“Sorry to barge in on you, Josh, but when I heard you were involved in this situation somewhat, I knew I needed to talk to you and would love to talk to Trent to assess the damage that was done. I’ve been looking over Jerome’s case. While he hasn’t had any priors necessarily, from what Cody has told me, his behavior was somewhat the same as when he worked with Jerome, with some of the same behavior I’ve witnessed, having worked with him also. With his behavior here with you guys, and then his radical behavior with your friend Trent, I thought maybe it might be better to hear everything first hand to help me with my assessment. I know you’ll give me your honest opinion, having worked with you on Dawson’s case. What I’m saying is you’re a good person, Josh. I trust you implicitly,” Doc explained. Made my heart warm.
I told Doc what all happened here yesterday and then what we found out later from Trent, the abuse going on at Trent’s apartment. Doc said he was shocked to hear what happened from Cody, as he just had some sketchy information from the police department. He said the police didn’t like to give him much information ahead of time, so as not to taint his opinion before he interviewed the offender. I guess I could understand that to a point.
“In talking to Jerome this morning, he was rather smug and dismissive of his abuse to Trent. He said most of what Trent claimed happened, never happened, as Trent was just desperate for some kind of attention, having been shunned by his friends and now employer. He was rather arrogant, which from the time I first met him, I always had that impression, as did Cody. It’s amazing all of us know the guy and have for some time. He is a little common denominator between all of us, that we never realized until now. We all just kind of tolerated him, not really paying him much attention, but he certainly affected all our lives in one way or another. I understand you, Josh, had a sexual relationship with him early on at the beginning of your freshman year?” Doc asked. While I was embarrassed to admit it, I felt it was time to get everything out in the open for Doc to analyze everything pertaining to Jerome.
“Yes, he was on the swim team, originally, at the beginning of my freshman year. I’m not sure if you met Andy or not, but Andy was his boyfriend at the time. The two of them kind of found me in the hot tub one day after practice and we kind of flirted a little, then ended up having sex together later. It became rather evident early in the relationship that Andy was kind and sweet, very caring. I never really cared for Jerome at all, as he was arrogant. I kind of fell for Andy right off. He did for me also. I didn’t want to break up their relationship, as they’d been together during high school and all. I didn’t really see what Andy saw in Jerome, but the heart wants what the heart wants, I always say, so I thought maybe there was something that Andy really liked about Jerome I hadn’t discovered yet. We messed around with each other, mostly the three of us, several times. Andy and I did have an occasion where it was just the two of us, and he let me know he wasn’t happy with Jerome at all, but didn’t quite know how to end the relationship. It was then I learned that Jerome was more mentally abusive to Andy than physically. I helped Andy end that relationship with Jerome, being his support for getting out of it. We discovered we really cared for each other. We had, and still have, a very loving relationship even today. We both kind of fell in love with other guys, as time passed, but we still love each other as brothers and lovers to this day,” I confessed, giving Doc the background.
“So what happened to Jerome after you guys gave him the boot?” Doc asked. I sighed.
“He dropped off the swim team, not wanting to have anything to do with Andy and me anymore, then eventually he dropped out of school, I think. I never really ran into him again until I saw him in the Psych Ward at the hospital when visiting Dawson. I had no idea where he was or what he was doing. I know Andy ran into him a couple of times when he went home for vacations and Jerome was kind of nasty to him then, but I don’t think anything of it, other than some harsh words were spoken. I can make arrangements for you to talk to Andy also, if you’d like to,” I offered. Doc said it would be great if he could to gather more background information on Jerome in his earlier years. Doc asked me how Jerome came to work for us, since he had a bad history with Andy and me. I told him that was kind of mistake. I had blown Jerome off at the hospital, telling him, yes we were hiring, but we had a ton of applicants, so I wasn’t sure what his chances were. I told Doc, I arranged for our manager Eric to interview him and then send him on his way. I told Doc when the interview happened, Jerome represented himself to be a personal friend of Andy’s and mine and was excited to get to work for us and be around us again. I told Doc, I was embarrassed to say that Eric forgot all about just interviewing him, and ended up hiring him based on Andy and I being references for him. Once hired, it was hard to get rid of him, although we were working on it, as Jerome was pissing off everyone in the place, although his work was good, and he always showed up, for the most part. Doc shook his head at the sequence of events that started this whole thing rolling. I told him I was embarrassed about it also.
There was a knock on the door, then it opened with Thad letting Trent in. Doc stood up to shake Trent’s hand. “Sorry, I was in the middle of taking care of a customer, and had to finish up before I could come. I hope I didn’t keep you all waiting,” Trent said, apologizing. Doc told him he was just getting some background information from me for Jerome’s earlier years.
“Do you need anything more from me?” I asked Doc, thinking I should probably leave Trent alone with Doc to tell his story.
“Only if you could possibly round up Andy for me to talk to him. I’d love to be able to get his information,” Doc replied. I told him I would round him up and have him ready when Trent finished. Cody said he’d go with me.
“Oh, before we go, I need to show you some of the physical abuse Jerome inflicted on Trent,” I told Doc, as I pulled up Trent’s CNB shirt and showed Doc the bruises on his back. I had Trent unbuckle his belt and lower his jeans and briefs, so I could show Doc the bruises on the back of Trent’s legs and ass cheeks. “Sorry, Trent, didn’t mean to strip you naked, but just wanted Doc to see some of Jerome’s sick work,” I said, realizing I was almost stripping the boy.
“No problem, Josh. Feels kind of good, you touching me like that, instead of Jerome beating me or hitting me with something,” Trent replied. I chuckled, then patted his bare ass, as I pulled up his underwear and jeans, letting him get dressed again.
“Jerome was very abusive to have bruises like that,” Doc commented. “Have a seat, Trent, and tell me all about your relationship with Jerome. This ought to be insightful as to what’s going on in Jerome’s mind,” Doc told him.
“Come on, Cody, I’ll buy you a beer. Doc, you want anything?” I asked. He told me he was good right now, but later might have a beer with us. I told him we’d definitely make that happen. Cody and I left and closed the door.
Andy was behind the bar and helping out. I told him Dr. Wayne wanted to speak to him next, after he finished with Trent. Andy said he’d hang around and talk to him. He was sorry Trent had to go through what he did. I told Andy, I was embarrassed we actually hired the guy. Andy agreed wholeheartedly.
Cody sat at the bar and I drew us a couple of beers. “Hope you didn’t mind me brining Doc over here, but after I talked to him about what happened, he was amazed I knew all you guys and that you all had history with Jerome. He thought it might be a big help if he interviewed you guys. I hope that was okay, Josh,” Cody confessed. I told him I thought it was a great idea.
Dylan came by, and walked behind the bar with a rack of clean beer glasses, about to stock the glass chillers under the bar. “Sup?” he asked, his general greeting. He glanced at Cody also, spreading his ‘sup’ to both of us, I supposed.
“Hey, Dylan, how was your day? You didn’t get too cold today, did you? It was kind of nippy today. Winter’s almost here, unfortunately,” I told him, as he was placing the beer glasses in the chiller.
“Didn’t freeze my balls off, if that’s what you want to know. There still hanging there,” Dylan said, try to be humorous, something that rarely came from him. I liked it. Cody and I laughed. I introduced Cody to Dylan. Dylan said he’d seen him around before and possibly met him. He wasn’t sure, as I had so many friends, he couldn’t keep track of them. Cody said if that wasn’t the truth.
“How long do you think Trent’s going to be talking to Dr. Wayne, Josh?” Andy asked me, as he came by.
“Not sure. Why are you in a hurry?” I asked Andy.
“No, just trying to decide if I have time to grab a bite to eat before the interview,” Andy replied. I told him I was sure Trent was going to take a while, so he might as well.
“Dylan, did you get something to eat after you got off work?” I asked him. He nodded yes, he was good.
“Josh, do you think it would be possible for me to take my driving test on Friday afternoon this week? Do you have time to take me?” Dylan asked, somewhat excited, like he had been thinking about this for some time. I went through my mental calendar.
“I think we could do that, Dylan. Do you feel confident you can handle it?” I asked.
“Yes, if we can practice parallel parking one more time on the way to take the test. We still have the cones at the construction site,” he replied, getting more excited that I might say yes.
“Then, let’s do it. Sounds great. I would be honored to take you to the DMV to get your license,” I told him happily. He actually grabbed me and hugged me. I smiled, like I was surprised out of my mind, I received a spontaneous hug from Dylan of all people. Cody even got a big smile, getting excited for us. “All right, Dylan. You are the man, buddy,” I told him, excited to receive a hug from the boy, after the ups and downs we had experienced lately.
Cody asked about Andy and what the relationship was like between Andy, Jerome and me, not really having heard the whole story before. I told him some of the same things I told Doc, how it was awkward at the time, and difficult for Andy to end the relationship because he considered Jerome volatile.
Jake came by with Terry and said hi to Cody. Terry was going to help tend bar for the dinner crowd with Jake and me. I told Jake I was going to grab a bite to eat with Dr. Wayne, Cody, and possibly Trent to continue our conversation about Jerome, once Andy was done talking to Dr. Wayne. Jake thought that was great. He said he and Terry grabbed a bite already, then were going upstairs to study afterwards, and for me to come up when I got done.
“Hey, Cody, I gotta piss. Be back in a second,” I said, getting up off my bar stool and headed to the restroom. I stopped and talked to Jordan and Buzz, who came in for dinner. They were disappointed Jake and I were tied up and couldn’t join them. I told them they’d get over it, I was sure and I’d see them later. They laughed as I took off.
When I got back, Cody looked confused. “Josh, I’m not sure, but I may have said something wrong,” he said, concerned, making me curious.
“Why, what happened?” I asked, curiously, now getting concerned myself at his concern.
“Dylan asked me who the other guy was that came in with me. I told him it was Dr. Wayne, the top psychiatrist at Uni Hospital, that he was here to work with Trent and you, getting insight into Jerome, as he had to analyze Jerome. I told him Dr. Wayne was the greatest at analyzing people to help them solve their problems and he could help Trent through his trauma. Dylan got extremely upset, I could tell. He told me he thought the guy was a friend of yours. I told him Dr. Wayne became a great fan and friend of yours when you were helping out your friend, Dawson, who was a patient of Dr. Wayne’s. I told him that’s how I met your also,” Cody said, still very much alarmed at something.
“So what happened?” I asked, not putting two and two together yet.
“He got terribly upset, threw his towel at the bar and called you a fucking liar. He said he should never have trusted you, as you couldn’t tell him the truth about anything. He stormed out of the bar area and headed upstairs,” Cody said, very nervously. “What was that all about?” I almost sank to my knees, realizing what had happened.
“Cody, it’s not your fault. I fucked up and fucked up big time,” I said, shaking my head, trying to figure out how I was ever going to fix this between Dylan and me. Cody was still in a state of shock. “I was having trouble reaching Dylan, as you just got a taste of why. I asked Doc if he could talk to him and see if he had any insight into how I might reach him, make him feel comfortable with us and assimilate him better into our family here. Doc agreed to talk to him sometime. I introduced the two recently, calling Doc a friend of mine and said he wanted to hang out with us sometime. Doc told Dylan, he’d love to hear his story sometime, as I had told him something about the tough times he had to endure, but succeeded. Dylan told him sure, he was up for that. Now Dylan just realized he’s not the ‘friend’, he’s a shrink to help me analyze Dylan. Now do you get the picture? Now, Dylan thinks I lied to him, and in a sense, he’s right. I just didn’t tell him the whole truth, because he never would have agreed to meet with Doc if I had. I am so fucked right now,” I said, practically shaking, knowing I had made tremendous progress on my own, then thinking Doc could help and now making Dylan mistrust me more than ever.
“Oh, Josh. I am so sorry, man. I feel like shit. I didn’t know. I am so, so sorry,” Cody said, shaking his head. I gave him a hug.
“It’s all my fault, Cody. It’s all my fault. Back to the ‘no good deed, goes unpunished.’ I fucked up big time. I have to fix this now, and that’s probably not going to be easy,” I told him, as I hugged him.
