The Coming of Josh

Cool chapter, FT. Josh does have a way of figuring things out. Now I wonder, are all four of these new guys inclined to enjoy male to male sex? Could get interesting if the don't. Bryce might think he has the world by the balls, but if he's living in the house and doesn't enjoy the festivities, it might be a little awkward for him. Guess we have to wait and see. More fun coming our way, I have a feeling.

Sorry that I'm a little out of syc at the moment. I did want to get you another chapter before the end of the week so I'll post one tonight. Chapter 750 is mostly the trip to the City, the meeting with Stoney Aviation and then the surprise that Mal wanted to show Josh at the ranch. This was kind of a fun chapter so I hope you enjoy it. I'll post the next one on Monday as I've been writing up a storm these last couple of cold days. I hope all of you have a great weekend and I'll be back to you on Monday. Huggs, FT.
 
Chapter 750 – An Aviation Meeting and Surprise at the Ranch

I got the feeling Clay was a little nervous about meeting Kenny with Cal, not knowing how Kenny was going to react. I know he wasn’t worried about his safety around Kenny, as Cal would be there and well-armed. Clay was actually trying to do Kenny a favor after all, but Clay was concerned Kenny might think Clay sold him out. I told him it didn’t make any difference what Kenny thought as he was doing the boy a huge favor and possibly preventing his death. Who knew what Kenny would think, and I certainly didn’t care, as I told Clay he shouldn’t. The gameplan was set to be executed as planned.

It was Wednesday morning, the morning of the day Cal and Clay would meet Kenny that night. I kissed Jake goodbye as he headed to the dormitory and gave Rowen a hug as I headed to the airport to fly to the City with Dale and Cam to have our meeting with Tom and James regarding the possibility of a Stoney Aviation Hub in Key West. I met Greyson as I walked out onto the ramp to find the boys. He gave me a hug.

“I can’t believe how you guys are expanding so quickly. The boys told me about a possible additional hub in Key West. How cool would that be?” he asked me, making me smile.

“I don’t know, Greyson. Opportunities are coming at us fast and furiously it seems. You want to go to work down there? Sure beats the cold winters up here,” I asked.

“You’ve got that right. It’s very tempting, I have to say. Sure beats the hell out of flying criminals to Chicago to launder money,” Greyson chided, making us both chuckle. I couldn’t agree with him more. “I’ve just got this business with the University up and running like it finally should be. I kind of hate to give it up, but I might want to consider something down the road. Keep me informed of what you plan on doing if you don’t mind,” he told me. I told him he was always welcome to join forces with us if he got tired of what he was doing. “I’m going to have to hire an additional pilot or two if you keep using Dale and Cam all the time. They’ve been great to have around when I needed them. I can see they’re going to be busier with your business and have less time to spend helping me with mine. I think it’s great though. It’s well deserved. They’re great guys for sure,” Greyson told me. I told him he was great to work with also. He said he appreciated hearing that.

I found Dale and Cam on the ramp pre-flighting the 310. “Mind if we take this bird today, Josh? No need for the King Air for just that short distance with just the three of us. We need to fly it some as it’s been sitting in the hangar hardly used since we got the King Airs over here,” Dale asked. I told him it would be great and I appreciated his decision to save money as the 310 burned much less fuel than the King Airs did and weren’t that much slower. They boys were dressed in nice shorts and polo shirts. I told Dale and Cam they had sexy legs. They teased me saying there were even sexier parts of their bodies where their legs met their torsos. I told them I totally agreed with them.

“Did you guys get moved yesterday?” I asked them. They smiled saying they did and were happy to have a little more room so four people weren’t all using the same bathroom as sometimes the showers took longer than usual even though there may be two guys showering together. I could only imagine what went on at times in that shower.

“Iggy is a little confused as to why we’re next door but he has fun running back and forth through the doggy doors in both apartments,” Cam told me as we boarded the 310. I sat in the middle row of seats behind Cam in the co-pilot’s seat. Moments later we were in the air and headed to the City. Dale and Cam shared more info on their move as we skyed over to the City. It seemed like hardly any time before City Approach was vectoring us in for landing.

Tom and James were there to meet us as Dale parked us at the ramp at Stoney Aviation and shut down the engines. “Brought the sports car today, I see,” Tom chided as we disembarked and got hugs from him and James. Dale told him we needed to fly the bird as it had been sitting for a while. “Yeh, we might want to think about selling it if it wasn’t Stoney’s first plane. It kind of has some sentimental value to it in that regard,” Tom added. We all agreed. It was a great plane also, and didn’t have that much time on the engines. “Maybe we can get Josh his private rating and let him fly around in this one,” Tom chided. I told him while that sounded great, I really didn’t know when I’d have time to train for a rating with everything else going on with the company. “Once you graduate, then you’ll have some time for Dale to get you trained and certified. I think we need to hang onto it for your future use,” Tom replied.

We went inside and found Rick and Felix waiting for us. They had another guy at the counter since they were going to be in our meeting. As we got hugs from them, Mal walked in the door. “I’m not late, am I?” he asked as he grabbed me and hugged me, then gave Dale, Cam, Rick and Felix big hugs then. Mal even gave Tom and James quick hugs.

“Wow, I kind of like that coming from you,” Tom told Mal who was smiling. James said he enjoyed it also coming from a straight guy.

“Hey, you guys know I love you. We’re the City folk, and we stick together,” Mal replied. Tom and James chuckled.

“I take it you want in on this meeting also?” Tom asked. Mal smiled, saying it was always nice to hear what was going on involving City folk. Tom chuckled. “Well, since you were there in Key West with these two crazy guys, Rick and Felix, I guess we might as well get your opinion as to what they want to do,” Tom replied.

“Felix and I’d like to see Mal naked again is what we’d like to do,” Rick chimed in. Mal told them what happened in Key West stayed in Key West, making James and Tom wonder.

“These two were merciless at the PF down there, Tom. They were uncontrollable especially when Dale and Cam were doing the shuttles. I kind of had to sit on them occasionally to keep them under control,” Mal chided.

“Understand totally, as they’ve been a little crazy here too, but so far they’re doing a great job. Rick always did, and Felix is another Rick as far as we’re concerned. Felix was a great hire for sure,” Tom stated.

“If I remember right, I think I sat on you when we were naked,” Rick commented. Tom and James both said that was TMI. Mal assured them it was all innocent fun. “Sure it was,” Rick replied somewhat facetiously.

James herded us into the ready room, somewhat of a conference room where you could file flight plans and check the weather. We had a table there we could use as a makeshift conference table with enough chairs for all of us. Rick and Felix poured us some coffee, then we got down to business.

“So Felix put me in touch with the FBO operator in Key West. They’ve been in business for a long time and know the aviation business well, including all the flights in and out of the island, commercial airlines, charters and private. He tells me that there is a dire need for commuter service from Key West to Ft. Lauderdale and Miami mainly which they’d like to see happen. He said those were the two most important destinations for short hops in commuter type aircraft. He said Orlando would be another good area, but that route was mainly serviced by the major airlines although there was still room for commuters. He also said Naples was another destination worth looking at after Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. I asked him if this was so lucrative how come he didn’t set something up like he’s proposing with someone else years ago. Get this, he told me that a lot of what he handled in and out of there were here one day and gone tomorrow. He said the turnover in small commuter service was pretty high, but he did some research on us and liked the fact we did nothing but grow and expand. He liked the fact we had a lot of youth going for us also. So I asked him why he didn’t buy a couple of planes and hire some pilots to fly for him, set up his own commuter service. He told me he was ground management and light aviation mechanics and didn’t want to own any aircraft not even to lease for pilot training or anything like that. He didn’t want the licensing hassle or insurance, the whole bit, thinking it would be better for someone else to handle all that red tape. He’s an older guy, but has a lot of fight in him. We had a very good conversation when we talked last week. He was a little miffed that we hired Felix out from under him, but said he wouldn’t hold that against us if we could put this deal together,” Tom explained.

“So did he give you a proposal of what he wanted to do with some numbers we could evaluate?” I asked. Tom smiled.

“Of course he did. He sent me an entire outline complete with flight schedules for two aircraft, revenue stream and passenger capacity expectations, the whole works. He’d supply us with fuel and hangar space which was worked into the proposed agreement. We’d be buying flight fuel at a reduced rate than his fly-in FBO customers. He said our fuel usage would up his fuel purchases from his suppliers putting him in a lower pricing bracket for fuel which would immediately give him additional revenue over what he’d been paying. There were also savings in other areas for him using him as a base of operations. He thinks he can even help us secure the crews for the aircraft. He suggested the King Airs also, but ones outfitted with more passenger capacity obviously than the two we already have. I have to admit, he seems to know what he’s talking about and was very thorough in the proposal he sent us,” Tom stated.
 
Chapter 750 - B

“So did everything you looked at make sense to you and justified the fact we could make some decent money with this deal?” I asked. Tom smiled.

“As a matter of fact, it’s rather sweet, Josh. James and I have been looking at equipment on the used market, commuter stuff from commuter services that have gone bust or upgraded to larger equipment because of the build up in passenger capacity on their routes needing larger planes. That ring a bell to you which is why you have two King Airs in Uni now?” Tom asked. I smiled.

“We now have mostly citations over here and have upgraded. Got it. I guess it happens to a lot of regionals that grow,” I replied. Tom said that was exactly right, but there was plenty of equipment out there for the taking and reasonable with decent time on engines and airframes. “So what about maintenance in Key West should we decide to do this? You said the FBO there did light maintenance but what will we need should we domicile two King Airs there?” I asked.

“Damn, you’re starting to ask great questions for the aviation side of the business now, Josh. I’m proud of you,” Tom replied smiling. I smiled back, somewhat proud of the right question I asked. “I’ve been assured that if we do this deal, we have a choice in maintenance. We can either hire one ourselves and have use of their maintenance shop or he will hire one or two for us and charge us a percentage of the overall revenue, which is what we base our maintenance cost on anyway,” Tom replied.

“Can he assure us he can keep good qualified maintenance personnel on hand at all times. I know you can because you treat your guys right, but is he capable to keeping good qualified maintenance personnel on hand when we need them?” I asked.

“What I would propose doing is hiring that person or persons ourselves and then let them work for him when they’re not working for us. Therefore they’d have the benefits of our company and we’d supplement their salary on a lend lease program to him for his other work. That could expand his maintenance business and give our guys something to do while our birds are in the air. We could even do engine overhauls there which is something he said he’d always wanted to do to give a good maintenance guy something to do while he was idle. There’s big money in overhauls. They could also do Annual inspections too. We could keep the guys busy and make sure we had qualified maintenance personnel for the Kings,” Tom explained.

“Damn, looks like you’ve really thought this thing through then. Felix, what kind of person is this guy that owns the FBO there on the field?” I asked. Felix was kind of surprised I asked him a question.

“Uh, actually, he’s a very fair individual and was a great boss. I liked him and I liked working there. Rick just kind of gave me a chance at a new life and some happiness to go with it. He couldn’t stop saying how wonderful Tom and James were to work with. After meeting you, Josh and Mal, I figured this was a great company to associate myself with and grow. My old boss is not the type to cheat anyone, nor allow anyone to cheat him either. He called me personally and asked me what I thought of you guys. Having met you, Josh, and spent time with you, the CEO of the whole corporation, and then working with Tom and James, I told him all of you were like family and treated me like a family member right off the bat. Chucky, that’s what we call him, said that was all he needed to know,” Felix explained. Tom, James and I looked at each other, satisfied we liked that response and we’d be dealing with an honorable man.

“So you have some financial projections to look at Tom or is that too soon?” I asked.

“Just happen to have that spreadsheet showing the projections for Stoney Aviation South,” he replied with a big smile, handing me a spreadsheet to follow along. He told Mal he could look on with me. Mal scootched himself right up against me, his bare leg against mine, feeling great to me, and not invoking any curiosity or suspicion I might add, since he had to look on with me. “I’ve got the projected revenue based on 65% of Chucky’s projected revenue so these are very conservative numbers. I have a backup to go with each line on the spreadsheet showing how James and I arrived at our numbers so you can see they aren’t wild-assed guesses,” Tom explained. “I’ve broken the salaries down for the pilots which are probably overstated for the area, but we wanted to make sure we didn’t have any surprises. I’ve got the HR, or Health and Welfare, costs broken down also, then the maintenance costs, our commission to pay Chucky for his area of contribution to this effort also. We have a booking service we would pay that we dabble with here, but would use full time for those flights as they’ll be regularly scheduled flights. I even threw in some flights for us to go down there and check on things from time to time, but I figure those flights will be in conjunction with charters we’ll be flying out of here like we do occasionally such as when Dale and Cam flew you down there which we made money on. So, in essence, any management trips to the place won’t be an expense, but offset with greater revenue than the expense. I think we pretty much have this covered. Chucky is going to get us space at an FBO in Ft. Lauderdale and in Miami also so we’ll have small terminal facilities in place at each airport. I have landing fees included also. I think we pretty much covered all the financials, and like I said, we over inflated the expense items and under estimated the revenue and still look at the bottom line,” Tom told me. I about shit myself.

“Shit, this is almost too good to be true. You really think this is real?” I asked, somewhat shocked. Tom and James smiled.

“I don’t see how we can fuck it up, if you’re asking us,” Tom replied.

“Even makes my dick hard looking at those numbers,” Mal chided, making all of us laugh.

“Well bring that cock of yours over sometime and let James and I have a look at it,” Tom teased. Mal just laughed, saying that might be a good idea.

“Oh, it’s a good one too,” Rick chimed in. “A damned nice one for a fact, right Felix?” Felix said it was to die for. Mal told them they were all crazy.

“I have one request, guys. If we elect to do this, you, Tom and James, have to hire more help here to help you two and cut down your flight hours significantly as there will be much more to manage with two operations in two different places. You guys are killing yourselves now and you need some help. Plus, we need to involve you more in the overall corporate scheme of things. You guys control a large portion of our overall profit in the company and we need your brains with the rest of the senior management team. That goes for you too, Mal,” I said, catching Mal off guard. Mal took that as a hell of a compliment. “Can you promise me you’ll do that if we okay this new venture?” I asked Tom and James. They looked at each other and smiled.

“We always knew there would come a day when we had to step out of the cockpit and into the office more and do more managing than flying. It hurts to have to do that, but you’re right, Josh. It’s going to require we have more ground time and less air time. We still need to keep our hours up, but not at the rate we are currently,” Tom replied. I smiled.

“I don’t mind you stepping up and taking flights when you have to or even scheduling what you can when you think you can, just plan for some significant management time going forward when we get this Key West thing up and running,” I requested.

“Understood and we will plan for it, boss,” Tom assured me. I smiled, telling them I might like to see their asses in Uni for meetings once in a while and some social time together. They knew that meant some hot sex and were more than eager to accept that. “We’ll be there for sure once we get things up and running the way we need them,” Tom told me.

“How is the TriJet business coming?” I asked, knowing it was supposedly doing well.

“Fantastic, Josh. I swear that damn plane is printing money. Dallas couldn’t be happier. We have it booked for almost the maximum we can book it for. We just needed that extra capacity and now we have it. That really put us on the map for corporations. We even included it in our lease program and several corporations have singed up. Even if it doesn’t fly, which never happens, the bird makes money from the lease program. That was a home run if there ever was one,” Tom replied.

“Maybe we need another one just like it if it works that well. Maybe if you had some time on the ground instead of spending it all in the air, we could figure that out,” I teased. Tom shook his head at me.

“Point taken, Josh. Damn, you’re hard today after I just showed you we could make you a mint with this new Key West venture,” Tom chided.

“Hey, I love you guys and I want you to lead happy normal lives and not kill yourselves with this business. You guys are making a ton of money personally also so you need to learn how to enjoy yourselves also. Go buy a house somewhere and enjoy your time together,” I suggested. James said they were together all the time only in a cockpit instead of a home. I told them both they needed more ground time and less air time. They realized it which made me happy.
 
Chapter 750 - C

“Josh, I sent Ken a copy of the spreadsheet this morning and all the backup data to go with it along with the cost and amortization schedules for the aircraft we’ll need. James and I have sourced some equipment in various parts of the country, so we might have to make some trips to check it out. I might have to borrow one of two of your King Air pilots, Dale and Cam, if we decide to bring a couple back here or maybe just take them south to Key West. At any rate, give me the green light and we’ll spring into action,” Tom assured me. Dale and Cam looked excited also.

“How long once you have the green light to go ahead, will it take you to put this venture together?” I asked. Tom said to give him thirty days. That about blew my mind. I told them they never ceased to amaze me.

Everyone in the room thought it was a great venture for our company and pledged to support it to the fullest extent however they could. Even Mal, who reminded us his trip to Key West was the first time he ever flew, thought it was the greatest way to travel now and wished he’d discovered it years ago. Mal said when he was plowing fields behind the butt end of a horse growing up, he’d see airplanes go over and wonder why in the world anyone would ever want to leave the ground and go high into the sky. He said now he understood and thought it was fantastic, having experienced himself finally. We all had a great laugh.

“Josh, if you and Mal have some business to attend to, we need Dale and Cam for a while to sync our King Air log books with our computer system and also go over some new FAA required procedures to bring them up to date. Is that going to hold you up any getting back?” James asked.

“I have to be back by dinner, otherwise, Mal has something to show me at the ranch and I need to stop by the CNB while I’m here. So take as much time as you want,” I suggested.

“Well, James and I have a flight later this afternoon but we have some time now. If we leave before you get back, we still have plenty for them to do until you get back, so no worries about getting back by any specific time as we can keep them busy,” Tom informed me. I told him that sounded good.

We got up to leave, but Tom wanted to show me something in his office. I told Mal I’d be back in a minute. He went to the lobby with the rest of the guys. I followed James and Tom into their office. “What’s up?” I asked the two who were smiling.

“We didn’t get a chance to thank you properly,” Tom said, then kissed me passionately, almost taking my breath away. When Tom finished, James kissed me just as passionately.

“Whew, you boys are horny, it seems to me,” I said when they were done kissing me, giving me a boner in the process.

“It’s been a while and we needed to do that to remind you how much we love you, you know,” Tom said, with James echoing Tom.

“Wow, I need to see you guys more often if you’d stay on the ground long enough for us to have some real fun. When you get this gig set up in Key West, the three of us need to go down there and spend some intimate time together. Hopefully, I can break Jake away also as he’d love to spend time with you too,” I told them. Tom and James both said they’d love nothing better than to spend a couple of days at the PF and relax in a great way. “Not only that, but we have a new CNB open now and in the process of remodeling. I’m telling you, Key West is becoming quite the area for us lately. Now we’ll even have our own airline going in and out of there, if only to Miami or Ft. Lauderdale, but we have businesses in the Fort also, some damn good business too with two of the greatest guys you could ever want to be with or have sex with also,” I informed them.

“We need to do that just for the hell of it to get some R&R,” Tom said as he put his arm around James. “I’m so lucky to have James in my life and he’d do anything I asked him to do, follow me anywhere and stick right with me. I don’t want to burn him out though as I love him too damn much,” Tom said, then kissed James.

“I’m never burned out when I’m at your side, Tom. You know that,” James told him then kissed him again. I told them how much I admired and loved them both. I got kissed again and my boner felt in the process.

“Damn, you guys have me all horned up now,” I teased. They told me it would pass eventually once I got to the ranch and smelled all the cow shit. We all laughed.

Mal was waiting for me as I rejoined him in the lobby. Dale and Cam said to call them when I was on my way back so they could have the plane ready. I told them to have fun and not to molest Rick and Felix too much. They said they were more concerned about Rick and Felix molesting them. Rick and Felix got excited. I wished Dale and Cam luck.

Mal and I jumped in his pickup truck and headed for the CNB for a quick lunch. “This is exciting to have you over here today,” Mal told me, patting me on my bare leg. I patted him on his bare leg also, enjoying the fact we both had shorts on. I asked him what it was he wanted to show me. He chuckled. “Something at the ranch I think you’ll find interesting,” he replied. I asked him what it was, but he said, I’d have to wait and see.

Jared, Derek and Francis gave me hugs when we arrived at the CNB. “It’s about time you came back to see us,” Jared stated. I asked them why that was as they seemed to have everything under control. “Yes, but it’s always nice to have you here with us. We kind of feel left out at times. Mal checks in on us and even helps us out at times, but we miss you and the gang. Those were great times last year when you used to come every weekend. We miss that now. It’s been a lot better since Parker’s gone. Whatever happened to him anyway?” Jared asked, with Derek and Francis wondering also.

“I heard he left town for parts unknown. I guess no news is good news,” I replied.

“He wasn’t that bad a guy at the beginning, but then he started hanging with a bad crowd and things got dicey here at the CNB. It’s great now that all the crap is gone,” Derek commented. Mal said the boys were doing a great job with the place and the business was continuing to grow. I asked about the furniture store next door and where that acquisition was.

“They’re still going through their liquidation sale, but they’re getting close to having the place cleaned out. Our offer to buy the building is still in place, but the owner wondered if we’d lease the space instead of buying it,” Jared told us.

“I told the guys, leasing was probably not an option for us since we owned this building. If we expanded into their first floor and we lost the lease sometime or he raised it too high, we’d have to wall up the addition. We really need to own the building so we have complete control over our business and its footprint,” Mal replied. I patted Mal on the back and told him that was the absolute truth. “I also told the guy that if his price was too high for the building, we’d probably sell ours and move our business to a new location. I didn’t want him to think he could hold us at gunpoint for his price. Selling two buildings on this block would kind of diminish the price of both and make them less valuable,” Mal explained.

“When did you learn how to be a negotiator?” I asked Mal with a huge smile. He said he’d been hanging around me enough to know how I thought. “And you thought right. Way to go. How soon is he going to get back to us?” I asked. Mal said he hoped to hear something in a week or two. Jared said our existing space was very tight at the moment and they were turning around business at times because of the fire marshal’s limit of people in the building at one time. He said they had a waiting line outside on Friday and Saturday nights. “Damn, I guess we do need to get busy and get something started. Keep me informed,” I told them.

Mal and I had a quick lunch. Every so often Jared, Derek or Francis would stop and talk about anything and everything, but that was okay as I didn’t get to spend much time with them, not like we used to as they all reminded me. I did tell them about the new CNB3 we were remodeling in Key West. They were excited to hear we had a new one in operation. I told them one of these days, I hoped to get them down there to see all our businesses in Key West. They said they were really interested in the Pink Flamingo. I told them if they liked that one, they’d really love the new one we were in the process of building, the Phallic Palace. That got them all excited.

We finally finished lunch, and Mal and I headed to the ranch. When we got to the property, once through the gate, Mal took a dirt perimeter road along the fence line then another older one with just two dusty paths for the tires up into a valley. “Where the heck are we going?” I asked.
 
Chapter 750 - D
“Just keep your dick in your shorts and wait until we get there,” Mal chided. I told him it was hard keeping my dick in my shorts with him sitting this close to me. He chuckled saying we’d have time to let our dicks out for some fun once we got there. I had no idea what he had in mind, but I liked the sound of it. “It’s a fur piece back in here, somewhere I’d never been before. Amy and I did some exploring of areas of the property I’d never been to because we never had a reason to. It’s all weeds, grown up everywhere. Some of it is very hilly and forested, not ground for cultivating or even growing hay. You can see it’s kind of rocky here with all kinds of weeds brush and trees growing up. We even found an old limestone quarry back in the hills we’re heading to. Great swimming hole now. The water is almost crystal clear and there’s a highwall you can jump off which is kind of interesting,” Mal mentioned. I asked him if he tried jumping off. “Hell yes I did. It’s got to be a 30+ foot drop into the water. You have to hold your nuts or you’ll wrap them around your neck when you land,” Mal chided. I told him, for him, that would require two hands as large as his balls were. He laughed, but said he did use both hands anyway. We were climbing up a rather steep old abandoned road. Mal had to stop and ask me to get out and open an old gate to get through. “You can leave it open, Josh, as there’s nothing to keep in or out where we’re going. I don’t even know why it’s there, but it is. You have to pick it up some to open it as it drags on the ground,” he told me as I hopped out to open the gate. It was kind of tough getting it open, but I managed. I hopped back in his truck.

We could see Clay pacing the floor at 8:00. Cal was to show up then, an hour ahead of Kenny’s scheduled time. Cal wanted to make sure they weren’t arriving anywhere near the same time. He knew Kenny was notoriously late, but wanted to make sure he was there in plenty of time. We saw Clay open the door and let Cal in. Cal gave him a quick hug, asking him if he was okay. Clay told him he was just anxious to get this over with. We heard Cal check with Lucky, then Tomlinson as to whether there was anyone in the parking lot that might have spotted Cal going into Clay’s apartment. Both reported they had the parking lot under surveillance since 6:00 and no one was there that might be suspicious. That settled, Cal and Clay relaxed some.

Cal pulled out a small, what looked to be a jewelry box, and handed it to Clay. “This is the cock ring. You get to put it on him, Clay, since you’re more familiar with that area of his anatomy. I told him he looked very uptight and I was just trying to relieve the stress. “Sorry, Josh, I guess I am a little uptight having a fellow cop and friend involved in this, and I can’t see or hear him to know how he’s doing,” Rowen replied. I put my hands on his arms this time, telling him Lucky could hold his own no matter what, but it was nice he had someone like Rowen and the rest of us to care about him. “He is lucky to have you and the guys as friends, Josh. I’m lucky in that way also, but he really appreciates you more than you’ll ever know. He thinks you’re the greatest,” Rowen told me.

“He appreciates you too, Rowen. He’s happy he gets to work with you and show you things. He has a lot of confidence in you, just so you know,” I told him. Rowen said he hoped he never let Lucky down which is why he wished he could be with him tonight. “You’ll get your chance someday at a big case and you’ll do well I’m sure, well enough to make him and the rest of us very proud of you,” I assured him, making him smile, saying he prayed that was the case.

At 9:10 Kenny had not shown up yet. “Cal, do you think he suspects something? Why isn’t he here? Do you think he spotted Lucky or Tomlinson watching the place?” Clay asked extremely nervous now.

“Just cool your jets, Clay. Remember he was always late. He’ll be here. Just wait and see,” Cal told him. Clay was pacing all over the place. Cal got a signal from Lucky that Kenny was there and making his way up to Clay’s apartment on the outside balcony. Cal stood behind the door so Kenny wouldn’t see him when he opened the door. Kenny knocked on the door. Clay opened it and Kenny immediately flew into Clay’s arms kissing him. They got to embrace a couple of moments before Cal emerged and announced himself, prompting Kenny to try to pull his gun, but immediately stopped by Cal.

“Who the fuck are you and what the fuck do you want?” Kenny immediately asked.

“Agent Calihan with the FBI, Kenny. Pleasure to meet you also. I’ll take this if you don’t’ mind and ask that you strip to your undies, please and right now,” Cal told him in no uncertain terms. Kenny tried to free his arm from Cal, but to no avail.

“What the fuck have you done bringing in the heat, Clay. Are you out of your fucking mind?” Kenny screamed at Clay who was a bunch of nerves as it was. Clay almost cowered waiting for Cal to take control again.

“Easy there, Kenny. Clay happens to care about you for God only knows why, but he does, and he doesn’t want to see you get hurt. You should be lucky you have someone decent for once in your corner,” Cal said as he disarmed Kenny. It appeared Kenny had a smaller handgun in an ankle holster to go along with the one in his belt. Cal took both weapons, throwing them aside, then handcuffed Kenny’s hands behind his back, all the time Kenny cussing him like crazy along with Clay who was almost a basket case at this point. “Settle down and I’ll uncuff you, but you need to listen to me first as this is your one and only chance for a decent break. Do you understand?” Cal asked him as Clay continued to undress him.

“Fuck you, Calihan and you too, Clay. You fucking just signed my death warrant, I hope you know that. I fucking trusted you too. I must have shit for brains to have ever trusted you. I thought we really meant something to each other, but you just got me killed. Thanks for that, fucker!” Kenny hollered. Clay pulled off Kenny’s jeans to get him to his underwear.

“Woops, looks like gangster boy doesn’t wear underwear. Well, that will make it even more interesting. You can just sit in the chair naked then. Might work better that way anyway,” Cal mentioned as he moved Kenny to a straight wooden chair.

“You talking about X coming to save your ass, Kenny? If that’s what you’re counting on that isn’t going to happen. X has killed all of his so called allies every place he’s worked. He calls it ‘tying up loose ends’. You’re a loose end in case you didn’t know. You are as good as dead if you think he’s coming to your aid. That ain’t gonna happen, buddy. Now if we got to him first, he’s all but gone from this world and you might have a shot getting away from the East Coast mob, but I doubt it. Those boys don’t give up, in case you haven’t been paying attention,” Cal told him. That seemed to resonate with Kenny.

“This guy you refer to as what, X? Not familiar with that person. Don’t know him. Never heard of him,” Kenny replied being sarcastic. Cal shook his head.

“Boy, you are dumber than dirt. What the fuck did you ever see in this punk, Clay? He’s an arrogant asshole anxious to suck his gun. He’s as good as dead unless he helps himself, but he seems too arrogant to do that. I guess I’ll just have to arrest him here tonight and throw him in the jail here in town. Someone will get to him tonight so you might as well put his obituary together to read tomorrow,” Cal suggested.

“Cal, come on. Kenny is just upset. He’s scared and rightfully so. Tell him what you can do for him,” Clay urged, getting some attention from Kenny.

“Okay, whether you deny it or not, you know who the hell X is, Kenny. He’s one scarry cartel member who embraces death and kills just for enjoyment. If you think he’s a friend, you’re already a dead man working with him whether you want to believe it or not. We can debate that all night long and you can deny knowing him all you want, but we both know better. He’s a cold-blooded killer and you are one of his loose ends when he tries to take over. He’ll promise to let you out and get away from here, but his method of making that happen is to murder you in cold blood and let the cops figure out what happened to you if they even find your body. So say all the bullshit you want to say about him, but I know the facts. I also know for a fact he’s not here in town yet, because you’re still alive. We were hoping to get to you before he killed you, thus giving you a shot at life, hoping we find him before he finds you. We’ve got the area pretty well surveilled, but he’s a pretty shifty person, almost invisible at times. Thank goodness you’re still alive to talk to us,” Cal said with Kenny listening. Cal went on to talk about all the stuff we had on Weinstein, Seward, Dickerson, Hastings, Simon, Spence, Aikens and Shelley. We want to know all the distribution points for the drugs you’re supplying out of Uni including the drop offs everywhere you service which includes the City. We need to find out the location of all the players involved in Uni, such as Weinstein, Seward, Simone and Spence, along with their henchmen of which you seem to be the head of,” Cal told him. Kenny kind of scoffed at that. We’re going to listen in on your conversations with whoever you talk to,” Cal advised him. Kenny did scoff at that request.

“So, we keep you alive and you research and report back the information we need plus keep tabs on the main characters. That’s what we’re asking,” Cal explained.

“Wait, what do I get out of this except the chance to live and spend the rest of my life in prison?” Kenny asked. Cal smiled.

“I will petition the court for leniency for your support and help in bringing down this crime syndicate. Providing us with invaluable information will go a long way in determining your sentence. I’m not going to lie to you, Kenny, you’ll most likely have to do some time, but where and how much will depend on the level of information and help you provide us with. For instance there are hard maximum security Federal prisons in this country and then there are country club like minimum security prisons. You could receive a light sentence and be out in maybe five years spent at a minimum security prison leading a leisurely life. That’s what we hope to obtain for you with your cooperation. I don’t think you’ve murdered anyone and from what we’ve been hearing from observing and monitoring you, you seem to have remorse for what you’ve done,” Cal told him. Kenny seemed somewhat remorseful hearing Cal say that to him.

“I do have regrets, I admit. I haven’t been able to be the person I wanted to be. I never wanted a life like this. I really didn’t. Clay was my first vision of being a normal real person and not the shit I have to work and hang out with. Simon and Spence are absolute filth and I can’t stand to be around them. I’ve been raped by them at gunpoint while those idiots were higher than a plane not knowing what the hell they were doing. I swear one of them actually pulled the trigger one time and luckily the gun jammed or I’d have had a bullet through my brain, that’s what kind of idiots I have to put up with. I got away from them for a period of time moving to the West Coast, but old man Weinstein had to bring me back because he couldn’t control his idiot son and nephew. Then the craziness started all over again. I couldn’t win. Clay was the only shining light in my life and now this. I guess I deserve this. I can’t deny what I’ve done. I’ve never tortured or killed anyone, thankfully. I couldn’t live with myself if I had to do anything like that. That is definitely not me. But I have assisted the brass with their drug operations and sniffing out those that stole from us. The heat was provided by others, some of which are still in town. I know who Harold’s killer is and I’ll gladly give him up in the process of providing information. You just need to take all these guys off the streets including me, so they don’t think it was me that ratted them out. Just put me in a separate jail cell somewhere and keep me away from all of them,” Kenny requested.

Kenny grabbed him and kissed him, telling him that was the nicest most decent thing anyone had done for him in his lifetime. He just hoped he lived long enough to really appreciate what Clay did for him.

Cal told him to get dressed minus the armament. He’d give that back to him on his way out minus the ammunition. Kenny said he understood, but Cal didn’t have to worry about him now.
 
Chapter 751 - D

“So what do you want to know while I’m here so you can get started. What I don’t know and can find out, I’ll start working on tomorrow while I’m working. How do I report back to you guys?” Kenny asked. Cal told Kenny to use the burner phone whenever possible to contact Cal instead of Clay, but he was alright talking to Clay also, just not feeding him information that might get him in trouble. Kenny said he understood.

Cal, Kenny and Clay sat down at the dining room table. Clay even gave him a beer. Cal took a lot of notes, fantastic intel from the way Cal talked. “So tell me who Weinstein and Seward answer to,” Cal asked Kenny. Kenny said he’d never met anyone beyond W&S. He said W&S only got roped into the scourge of the business because of the cluster fuck Simon and Spence created. It seemed as if, from the way Kenny explained it, the heat came down from the East Coast in the form of a hit on Simon and Spence and W&S bought the contract to keep their kids alive. In doing so part of the contract involved W&S making good on the mob getting their money back with substantial interest. Kenny said the goons in town were to make sure things were going in that direction, more or less looking over their shoulders. “Have Simon and Spence ever done anything good that contributed to society in any way?” Cal asked Kenny.

“Well, they certainly have kept this college community supplied with drugs and prostitutes. They’re all a bunch of scum, Calihan. I’ve kept them from doing a lot of horrible things. It could have been a lot worse. They used to throw hellacious parties where cocaine was abundant and women were plentiful and willing. Of course they paid the whores, but hardly anything. The whores didn’t really care because they had all kinds of free drugs. I swear there wasn’t anyone in their right minds at those parties except for me. I was trying to keep things from getting too far out of hand. I found a couple of underage girls there a few times and kicked them out, telling them if they showed up again before they were 18 they might disappear permanently as Spence and Simon weren’t going down for underage girls and if they found out the girls were underage, the girls might have to disappear,” Kenny stated.

“So, the two S’s did have their limits after all?” Cal asked.

“Shit no. I’m sure the two fucked the girls. No doubt in my mind even a couple of guys also. I mean there were some crazy orgies going on with everyone high, naked and having sex. It didn’t matter what sex you were they just all had sex together. I just didn’t like the idea and didn’t want to go to prison for statutory rape or let the two S’s go down for that. When it came to breaking laws the two S’s didn’t give a shit. I tried to keep them out of trouble in that regard. The hard thing was to keep people out of the parties that didn’t belong there as the two S’s invited anyone they thought they’d like to fuck. It’s been a nightmare, Calihan. I really don’t know how I survived it. I really don’t. Clay knows how bad I tried to get out of it. I just couldn’t get away and not be killed. They’d never let me live if I tried to leave. I thought my only hope was for X to come back and take over the prostitution ring and the drug trade, then let me walk away from it. Now that you mention it, he did tell me one time that anyone involved in any of his businesses and wanted to leave was dead to him as they were a loose end. He didn’t trust anyone at all. He seemed to take care of me, but that was because I was taking care of him. When they ran him out of town that’s when the East Coast guys moved in as Spence and Simon’s new suppliers although the East Coast guys were already doing business with the cartels so it made sense. The cartels didn’t really lose when the East Coast guys took over. Rumor is the East Coast guys are skimming on their agreement and not enough money is flowing to the cartels. Thus, X was coming back to rectify that situation. Spence and Simon fucked up big time, but then they always did,” Kenny commented.

“So how did Hastings and Dickerson figure into all of this? I never understood how a bank president and the president of the university could sink this low and get involved with such illegal enterprises,” Cal asked.

“You see, Calihan, they were involved with Weinstein and Seward for pure greed. W&S has had a thing with Hastings and Dickerson for a long time in this town. W&S wanted to monopolize the construction business in and around Uni and take all of the university’s business. W&S had the University president in their pocket for years, giving him all kinds of kickbacks from the University construction projects. That relationship kind of blew up in their faces when the land that belonged to that Kyle guy wasn’t foreclosed on like what was supposed to happen. Hastings and his crew fucked up royally on that one. I had that all taken care of but somehow Kyle got the money to save his property from being foreclosed on at the last minute and Spence and Simon ended up in a pile of shit for tearing down property they thought they owned, but didn’t. I have to admit, I kind of got a kick out of that one. How embarrassing was that, but they all deserved it. I had to leave town because the roof fell in on that one, with Spence and Simon in jail and having all the drugs confiscated from their home for their distribution business and all of that, W&S brought me back to try to put things back together again. Honestly, it’s been one fucked up mess just because of the idiot sons. You should hear W&S talk about Simon and Spence. It’s a wonder they didn’t put out of hit on their own sons with the East Coast guys. Believe me they talked about it seriously, but they came to the resolution they needed the boys to take the fall for what they’d done and try to keep themselves out of it,” Kenny explained.

“Well, he finally admitted what all took place and how he screwed me,” Kyle said to all of us watching what was going on at Clay’s. Rowen asked what that was about. I told him I’d explain it all later, but that’s why we had Kyle with us now and loved him as much as we did. Rowen said that story ought to be interesting. I told him, ‘and then some’.

“So, Kenny, was Dickerson in cahoots with Hastings and W&S before all this went down with Simon and Spence?” Cal asked. Kenny chuckled.

“Absolutely. Hastings and Dickerson have been buddy-buddies for years. Let’s just say they have some kinky interests they share together. Not sure if they’re gay or straight, but I know for a fact it’s fucked up and just glad I never had to do anything for them. I’m sure X took care of them with some of his group, sexually that is. When everything turned to shit, when Spence and Simon were arrested at the time everything blew up with Kyle’s property and Hastings got fired, they found a whole new money-making enterprise called laundering money. I’m not sure what Spence and Simon were doing to launder their money before, but once the shit hit the fan and I got called back, Hastings had put together a way to launder money through a shady bank in Chicago. I deliver the weekly proceeds to them and they fly it to Chicago to deposit it. I guess they sometimes indulge themselves with their kink while there. Not sure, but I’ve heard that anyway. Shelley, who you say you know and works with Clay, has indulged them and their other friend, Clay’s boss Aikens, sometimes at the handoff, which you guys say you know about, most of it taking place at the No Tell Motel out on the edge of town on the highway,” Kenny explained. Cal told Kenny he was very well familiar with the money laundering mechanics. “So have you seen me involved with that?” Kenny asked. Cal shook his head yes.

“Seen you several times. It didn’t seem like you were enjoying what you had to do in that regard, however,” Cal replied.

“I fucking hated it, Calihan. I just wanted to take a shower after having to deal with those dirty old men. They never touched me ever or it I would’ve hurt them, but just being around them and sometimes having to fuck Shelley in front of them just really made me feel so dirty. I honestly hated dealing with those pervs.

“So to your knowledge, is there anyone else in this town we should be looking at that’s involved with these ‘pervs’ as you call them? If we’re going to clean house, we need to really clean house and get the whole group or it will just come back in time,” Cal asked.

“So the mayor is involved with getting kickbacks from the W&S/Dickerson arrangement. He’s a friend of Hastings and Dickerson, but remains behind close doors all the time. I’ve had to drop off envelopes to certain locations for him, but have only met with him personally a couple of times. He treated my visit as a social visit for me delivering some invitations or something like that along with a package of free drugs. He never associates with Hastings and Dickerson anymore after the big blowup, but he’s still getting money for his silence with the state AG’s office. I might be able to help you there if I have to make a delivery soon and I have this damned cockring on,” Kenny told us. Cal patted him on the back.

“Now you’re talking. The more you talk like that, the cushier your stay with the government might be, Kenny,” Cal assured him, making Kenny feel better.
 
Chapter 751 - E

“Sounding better all the time, Calihan. Actually, it feels good to finally get all of this off my chest. I’ve been carrying around this burden for what seems like ages and it’s turning me into an old man like the pervs I have to work for. Oh, one thing you need to know. There’s these two younger guys, probably my age, that own their own construction company and have grown significantly because of some gay group in town that are constructing the new dormitory going up at the University. I guess this group owns that CNB bar here in town. I’ve never been in it, but I hear it’s a great place for beer and food. Anyway, they took a chuck out of the construction business here in town and W&S aren’t happy about it. I guess they merged with Hal’s construction company, that I hear that Kyle is running, and got the contract for the new University Science Building. To say W&S are pissed is an understatement. I spend time with W&S at the construction company and they’ve mentioned to me that this Tod and Chad, and possibly even Kyle, need to have an accident sometime to get them out of the picture. Someone needs to tell Tod, Chad and Kyle to watch their backs. I swear they’re the only legitimate construction contractors in town. W&S and their brother-in-law had a monopoly on the construction business for a long time. I swear they don’t have much to do anymore. I don’t know this Tod and Chad, but I do know Kyle. Kyle is a sweetheart and a great guy. He’s the only one that I deeply regret doing to him what W&S forced me to do, to earn his trust and then set him up for destruction. I hated to have to do that to him as I deeply cared about him. It was horrible what they made me do to him. Somehow, thank God, he survived it and is doing well now. I couldn’t be happier for him,” Kenny confessed.

I looked at Kyle who had a tear flow from an eye as he heard Kenny confess and show remorse for what he’d done to him. “There you go, Kyle. You heard him with your own ears. He seems genuinely sorry for what he did to you,” I told him. Kyle wiped the tear from his eye.

“He actually did me a favor in a roundabout way. Still, it’s nice to know he regrets having deceived me,” Kyle replied to our group as we continued to watch Kenny’s confessions.

“We need to talk to Tod and Chad, Josh, about extra security until this thing is over. You need some too, Kyle,” Rowen mentioned. We all agreed as we turned our attention back to Clay’s apartment.

“Do you think Chad, Tod and Kyle are in any immediate danger that they need protection right away?” Cal asked him.

“Not right away. I think if W&S decided they wanted something to happen, they’d tell me first and even ask me to do it, but they know I don’t go in for any of the personal injury stuff and never killing. I’ll shoot someone in self-defense but never be the aggressor. That’s not me and never will be me. I think they respect that, but they probably would tell me about it. If they do, I’ll let you know immediately as no one needs to be hurt by these pervs anymore. This needs to end permanently,” Kenny stated. Cal said he appreciated hearing that.

The show wasn’t over until around midnight. Cal had tons of information on personnel and locations of drug dealing businesses, including the drop times for re-supplying merchandise. I just knew Cal had a raging boner with all the stuff he picked up tonight from Kenny. They finally wound things down.

“Kenny, you’ve been a terrific help and that will not go unnoticed when it comes to dealing with you as long as you are forthright with us and not deceived us with anything. You be straight with us and we’ll be straight with you,” Cal told him. Kenny said he understood. “I want you to go about your life as normal as you can, but be aware of what we need and if you can get any of these bad actors to incriminate themselves, the more we have, the more we have to throw at them, including Spence and Simon. If you can keep them out of your ass, all the better, as we wouldn’t ask you to do that for us,” Cal assured him. Kenny smiled, saying it was just taking one for the team.

“Promise me you are going to take care of the X problem. In the back of my mind, I always had a concern about what you seemed to confirm tonight, but then it sounded so good that I might actually be free finally. I guess you hold onto what you wish for and sometimes ignore that which you don’t want to think about,” Kenny replied. “You do have to keep him away from me though, or I might not be able to help you like you’d like,” Kenny replied emphatically.

“We have guys watching you all the time. We just don’t have a target on him just yet, but in the next day or so, I feel like we’ll have that situation taken care of. In the meantime, don’t get dead, as they say,” Cal said chuckling. Kenny wasn’t so sure. “And if you think you’re being watched, you are, but for all the right reasons. We will intervene if we think you’re in trouble. You’ve got your burner phone and let me put my number in there for you also under an assumed name in case this falls into the wrong hands,” Cal said, entering his direct cell number into Kenny’s burner phone.

“Am I free to go?” Kenny finally asked. Cal smiled at him, telling him he was definitely free to go, but to be vigilant. “I’m always that, Calihan. In my business you have to be. I do feel one hell of a lot better after getting all this off my chest. I guess I should thank you,” he told Cal.

“You should thank this guy here, Clay. He’s the one that believed in you and thought you really were a decent guy. Thank him,” Cal told Kenny. Kenny hugged Clay tightly, thanking him for believing in him despite all the shit that happened. Clay actually kissed Kenny, somewhat surprising him.

“Oh, that felt great,” Kenny replied as they broke their kissing embrace. “I needed that more than anything. Okay I’m out of here. I won’t be a stranger and will work on the rest of the information you need. It shouldn’t take long to fill in the blanks. Oh, do I have anything in writing as to what you’ll do for me?” Kenny asked. Cal smiled.

“I meant to show you this before, but here it is,” Cal said, handing Kenny the agreement he mentioned. Kenny looked it over quickly, satisfied it said what he needed to see. “I wouldn’t take it with you, however, as it might be suicidal if it fell into the wrong hands. You can leave it here at Clay’s if you want, and it will be here for you when it’s time to use it,” Cal told him. Clay said he’d leave it on his dinette table where they were sitting. Kenny said that worked for him. He gave Clay one last hug, then even gave Cal a quick hug.

“You’re alright, Calihan. I’m glad I didn’t have to shoot you or you shoot me. See you soon,” he said, then disappeared into the darkness outside once he checked to see if anyone was there. Obviously, he didn’t see Lucky.

“Well that went better than I ever thought it would,” Clay said.

“I know. It was kind of disturbing what he said about Tod, Chad and Kyle. I didn’t like hearing that, but I’m glad we did,” Cal replied. “We’ll have to see what we need to do for protection for those three,” Cal added. “He obviously doesn’t know about Josh and his crew which is good they’re still invisible as far as our bad actors are concerned.”

Cal got a phone call from Lucky who said Kenny had gone straight to his vehicle and left the parking lot. Cal thanked him for letting him know. He told Lucky that he and Tomlinson could take off now as he was certain there was no apparent danger to Clay at this point.

“Clay, I want you to grab your clothes and come with me tonight. I think you need to move in with me in my spare bedroom just to be on the safe side in case someone interrogates Kenny and your name and location happen to come out. I’d just feel better if you did that,” Cal told him. Clay looked somewhat confused.

“I thought you already had a roommate.” Clay replied. Cal chuckled.

“Wes moved into Rod and Lonnie’s bachelor pad house they’re remodeling where they fuck girls whenever they can. I guess he took Tyler’s room since the boys are not sure Tyler is ever coming back. We may have lost Wes to the heteros, but actually, that’s what he is, so I guess he’s where he needs to be before having to move back into the frat house at the end of the summer,” Cal explained.

“Are you sure I should move in with you?” Clay asked somewhat unsure. Cal chuckled.

“Don’t worry, I’m not going to fuck you, although that ass of yours is worth thinking about after seeing those sessions with Kenny,” Cal chided. “Anyway, you’ll have your own bedroom for shits sake. I just need to hide you in case anyone saw Kenny show up here tonight, just to be careful. We’ll use this place whenever we need to meet with Kenny so he’ll never know you moved to a different location, a safe house we’ll call it,” Cal explained.

“Okay, I’ll grab my stuff. Gees, I’ve got stuff at Josh’s, stuff here and now at your apartment. Am I going to interrupt your social life any, Cal, being there at your place?” Clay asked.
 
Chapter 751 - F

“What social life? I have the boringest social life ever. Not much action at my place. You’ll be great company, besides I’m at Josh’s gang’s apartment most of the time anyway, but if you’re going to be around, we could put our heads together on all of this in preparation for your news breaking story. How about the fucking mayor of this burg being involved? That’s a new one for sure,” Cal chided.

“I always wondered about him. He was kind of defending W&S when the shit hit the fan with Spence and Simon destroying Kyle’s property. You missed it, Cal, but this all came down at a well-publicized ground breaking ceremony for the new science building. I mean it was extremely embarrassing to the mayor then as well as the bank and W&S. It was beautiful. I almost got fired for the excellent job of reporting I did that made the network news. I didn’t realize my boss Aikens was involved at that time. Now we know,” Clay said looking around to see what he needed to take with him. “Do we need to take that agreement form you signed for Kenny that we left on the dining table?” Clay asked Cal.

“No, might as well leave it here so he knows it’s still there for him when we meet here to go over things. Grab the rest of your stuff and let’s go,” Cal said, trying to hurry Clay up some. Clay was putting some underwear in his large duffle bag.

“You like those undies?” Cal asked Clay as he was packing his underwear in the bag. Clay looked at him and smiled.

“I bought them didn’t I? Of course I like them. They make me feel good down there,” Clay replied.

“I always thought they looked kind of sexy on you also. Good choice. Josh gave me the ones I wear mostly. Damn those look hot on him and Jake. Those guys do know how to make themselves look sexy,” Cal mentioned, shaking his head.

“You do realize they’re watching us and hear everything we say?” Clay reminded Cal.

“Oh shit. Fuck. Sorry guys,” Cal said waving at the cameras. “Show’s over now. I’ll talk to you tomorrow. All’s good. Good night.” Cal said, but we could still see and hear them. Moments later they left.

“Well that’s a bummer,” Will said, thinking Clay would be living with Cal for a while anyway. “Guess the wine tasting will have to be postponed,” Will said disappointedly. “He wouldn’t have sex with Clay, would he?” Will asked.

“I doubt it, Will. Clay is at the station a lot of times in the evening. Besides, Cal is going to be busier than hell now that he has all this information. I don’t see anything happening between the two myself,” I replied. I could tell Will wasn’t so sure.

“Well there was a hell of a lot covered we didn’t know about in a short period of time. I sure as hell never thought about the possibility of Tod, Chad and Kyle here, being in danger. I guess that just goes to show you that these assholes will stop at nothing to be evil,” Jake commented. Kyle shook his head.

“Kenny actually half apologized saying how he regretted treating me the way he did. I never thought I’d hear that from him. Makes you kind of want to forgive him now,” Kyle remarked.

“He still did a lot of damage to a lot of lives he hasn’t been accountable for yet,” Blake reminded Kyle.

“I know, but it felt kind of good to know he regretted what he had to do to me. If he’d have confided in me, we may have been able to work together to work something out. He still embezzled a lot of money that ended up in the pockets of W&S, but I got most of that back from the lawsuit I had against them, thankfully, and then maybe some damages on top of all that, so I guess I made out pretty well,” Kyle remarked.

“You made out damn well, Kyle, but you deserved every bit of it,” I reminded him. He blew me a kiss.

“Well boys, it’s been fun hanging with all you studs in your underwear, but some of us have to work tomorrow,” Kyle stated, stretching out his arms, then stood up and started to get dressed to go home.

“You mean ‘sexy’ underwear according to Cal,” Dylan chided, making us all laugh. “Apparently he considers us all sexy in our underwear.”

“He is one crazy fucked up dude, but damn good at what he does. I loved watching him in action tonight. He’s a true professional if there ever was one,” Rowen commented.

“Oh, you could have done just as well, Rowen. He’s just had more practice, that’s all,” I chided. Rowen poo-pooed that saying he was really impressed with the way Cal approached Kenny.

“Thanks for letting me watch this tonight, guys. This was very helpful to me to watch. I could learn a lot from Cal as well as Lucky. Every opportunity to learn something helps,” Rowen commented.

“And to think no shots were fired as a result of Cal’s work. I guess we can be grateful for that. Wouldn’t want anyone to get hurt,” I commented. Rowen agreed wholeheartedly saying that would be awful. He wouldn’t want to witness anything like that. “Yes, let’s hope you never have to use your firearm,” I added. Rowen totally agreed with that saying he hoped his firearm could be a deterrent only but never have to be fired.

It was late and we said goodnight to everyone who took off for home or bed. Rowen gave Jake and I a hug before heading off to bed, somewhat excited about having a front row seat to what went down tonight. I think we all felt a sigh of relief that one of the largest hurdles had been handled. Now it was up to law enforcement to head off X and protect Kenny from being taken out as a ‘loose end’. I felt reasonably certain they had X concerned enough about them finding him, he was laying low for the most part. I just hoped he didn’t have any minions with him to do his dirty work. From what Trent told me a long time ago, X generally did all his dirty work himself, not trusting his minions to be successful at it for some reason. It seemed like X didn’t trust anyone.

As Jake and I snuggled up together, I shared with him what happened in the City, both the aviation meeting about the Key West division and exploring the ranch discovering a well of some type. Then I told him about the highwall and Mal and I jumping off the side. Jake told me to be careful because if anything happened to me, he’d never forgive me. I told him I would never do anything too crazy where I might hurt myself. He couldn’t get over how much Mal liked male sex recently, not having any since he was much younger and never doing a fraction of the things we’d been doing. I told Jake Mal wanted his dick also. Jake just chuckled, saying Mal was one crazy Amishman. Somehow we drifted off to a peaceful sleep content things were much better now.
 
Wow, what a chapter. Cal was brilliant. Kenny's participation might be a key element to resolve the case ( if he will be alive long enough).
