  • Hi Guest - Did you know?

The correct way to sneeze.

yeah, i also prefer to sneeze inside my shirt...normally, since it's winter, i'm wearing a sweater...so i dont have sneeze fluids on my skin

That's how I try to do it, as well. I hate the people who cover with their hands... then are just so eager to meet new people and shake hands. :bartshock

I thought everyone knew....I guess I'm ahead of the group meheheh. I've been sneezing into my elbow crease since I was a kid. Learned it all on my own, I'm so smart tee hee

*grins*

The headmaster of the school I work at told us that because of swine flu, we were now to cough and sneeze in our elbow creases.

He sneezed the other day. In his hand.

Schools in Colorado have instructed the students to wash their hands while (silently!) singing the Happy Birthday song twice.

I try to sneeze into my shirt too (if there are no tissues around). It makes the most sense. If you are doing it into your hands or onto your sleeve those germs are gonna get onto other people straight away. I've never had snot fly onto me either.

I hate it when someone rears back for a big sneeze and then nothing comes out but a little squeek.

WTF is the point of that? Let that shit out.

I knew about the correct form of sneezing; however, whenever I have seen people sneeze in public, it's often into their hands or without covering at all. As far as the length of time one should wash his or her hands, I've been told that people should wash their hands for approximately two minutes, which is about the length of the alphabet song which was mentioned before.

I'd like to see a video of JUBber singing "Happy Birthday" 3 or 4 times aloud in a public restroom while sudsing up at the sink.

Would be quite the entertainment.

I would do it!!!

I always sneeze into my hand but now I shall do it correctly.

Me too! I thought I was a douche for thinking that, but at least I'm not alone. Like, how... how is that a sneeze? You're not letting anything out? You're sneezing for a reason. It's hard to believe that's really the way people sneeze. My sneezes are like a cartoon, straight up ACHOO!!

I actually knew.

It's dumb to sneeze on your hands, dunno who thought that up. If I do sneeze on my hands, I have to wash it right away, and you don't always have the facilities to do that.

Plus, some people, after getting all that nasty germs and spit on their hands after sneezing, don't bother to wipe...ew..
