It exists, but as other have said its boring for the most part - just drug market place, some forums and a few collections of books (nearly always from the politia extremes).

There is certainly child porn out there on it, I just have no desire to work out where and you cant really just stumble upon it - you need the web address (random string of numbers and letters) to get anywhere and none of the wikis will list links to that shit.
