It is now being used here to help depression as well. The TMS clinic I use to go to offers it as a treatment. No doctors or nurses on site.
 
Jesus no.

When I nearly choked to death a year or so ago...they dropped me with Ketamine and Fentanyl....and it took me about a month to move through this.

When I was resurrected in the ICU, I was as depressed and low as you could be...although that also might have been the result of nearly choking to death.

But talking to my GP...who had the same experience...both of us came away from the experience horrified at the effects of Ketamine.

It's really a shame to continually hear about the spectrum of drugs addicts take.

There is so much chatter about weed NOT being a gateway drug, but I'm not so convinced. An addicts sets up a behavioral pattern, either reckless recreation or self-medication, and they do progress on to scarier and scarier substances.

If they used alcohol to do it, why would they not try other?

Addiction is a mentality. Too much is made on its metabolic and genetic influences, but you have to be of a mind to start it, else your biology would never matter.

I don't recall that one, but I remember Fiona holding up a 'look-alike' mug for the audience to guess who it resembled. Of course, it resembled Henry. I'm not at all certain Henry was still an appraiser at the time.

I argue this with plenty of people. Show me one heroin addict that hasn’t smoked weed.
