The Death List 2026

Lolich pitched 3 complete games in the 1968 World Series including game 7 after 2 days rest. Came away with 3 victories. It was the game 5 victory though that was the closest to being lost. In Detroit St. Louis after winning the first 2 games there took a 3-0 lead early but the Tigers rallied for a 5-3 win. Lolich's World Series pitching feat has never been matched.

So he wasn't participating in "Mama Told Me (Not to Come)"?

That's the only hit of Three Dog Night I ever heard play here.
