as much as i love a pierced nipple, i do say proceed with caution! I agree that piercing it will make it bigger, but it can take sensitivity away... but, as always, depends on the situation. then again if you dont have much sensitivity to begin with guess you got nothin to lose!

I'm lucky to have naturally sensitive nipples

But a good friend of mine (caucasian) recently had his nipples pierced and from having no sensentaion there at all - they're obviously now very sensitive. he only had it done for the "look" - but there must be something that piercing changes (at least for him).

I'd not risk piercing myself - as I guess it must be able to take sensation away as well!
