Your phone builds rotation into the file so it always appears upright on your screen. Unfortunately, uploading to the net keeps that rotation, but the internet doesn't know which way is "up". Only your device knows that.

In order to post it "upright", you have to rotate the photo another 90 degrees, and 'save' it before posting it. #-o
