On Topic Discussion The Eyes Have It!

^ Remarkable the reasons that would make it doubtful... I mean it could be right or wrong for the wrong reasons

I always found truly "remarkable" that the "Virgin of the rocks" copy at the National Gallery is brazenly listed as a genuine Leonardo.

The "Salvator Mundi" affair is just a plain scam joke at the literal expense of whoever paid for it.

This thread is for closeup photos of people with remarkable eyes. That could be anyone.

At the request of this thread's creator, the thread is now edited to change its status to “On-Topic” where the topic is defined according limitations specified in the opening post.

Please do not post any images of non-humans or non-human eyes.

The thread creator also requests that all images added henceforth should be “positive” and not antagonistic to the purpose of the thread.

Ironic that a man who regularly complains that the forum is over-moderated should seek to have his own thread over-moderated! I'll say no more.

And sad that there is still a need.

The intentional spamming and hijacking of threads has been here since the beginning of the forum. We apparently will not outlive it.

"Over-moderated" vs. moderated is of course in the eyes of the readers.

I've never argued that there is no need for moderation, only less changing of posts and titles.
