... but is not without its own health problems...
I still think you should work on getting over your need to be perfect in order to show yourself on the beach as your primary problem and then address your fitness in the tried and true way by improving your diet and getting exercise.

And yes 3nipples, I totally agree. I'm not supporting lipo by any means. It's not healthy overall. But it gets him his unhealthy weight loss (although temporary) quickly. I agree that his real issue is not worrying so much what others think, but he made it clear he didn't want sensible advice haha.
