The first album you ever bought

Being such a huge music lover I'm always interested to know what the first record, album, CD, etc. a person bought was.

Mine was No Doubt's "Tragic Kingdom" when I was 9 and I still have and listen to that original copy. I played it zillions of times but not a single scratch on it.

So what was yours?

Big Country-The Crossing (1983)
Still have the vinyl and also on tape and cd and i still play it and it always sounds fresh and as awesome as the first listen.
