I like her music but I just don't love it.
Maybe I should listen to more of her songs ;)

No Kylie thread is complete without this video

Kylie's biggest hit ever so far, #1 in more than 40 countries! And one of my favorite dance songs of all time.

She is quite amazing and a great entertainer. Classy and cool. Her latest album, "The Abbey Road Sessions" is quite an accomplishment and a little gem. You go get it!

I'm glad Never Too Late is included on the album. It's an oldie and one of my favourites.

This one is so old. I used to play it endlessly at the time. Memories.

You may get to love her if you listen to more. I'm not certain where to start, but I could give you some suggestions. I know you like Madonna and Xtina. If you like Madonna's Confessions On A Dancefloor you'll probably enjoy Kylie's 2001 album Fever.

I'd suggest these songs:

Love At First Sight
Can't Get You Out Of My Head
In Your Eyes
Dancefloor
Love Affair
Fever is one of my favorite albums of all time. It's so epic. I absolutely love Your Love and Come Into My World also

I can't get over how she she says "oh baby come, come, come into my world". I feel like she's talking to me <3. Makes me all giddy inside.

By the way, 25 years ago in this month (October) Kylie was busy recording I Should Be So Lucky

The song, released in December that year would perform extremely well in 1988.

#1 in: Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, UK, & Switzerland.

Year end charts: #5 for Australia (1988) and #3 for UK (1988)

I don't think so, she broke into the US and UK top 10 with The Locomotion which was released before this.

Impossible Princess is my favorite Kylie album, but I'm not one of those snobby Impossible Princess fans who feels that Kylie is some helpless maiden being held captive by Parlophone and forced to make "stupid" music for the albums after IP. Aphrodite and Light Years round out my top three. <3

Here's a cute pic of Madonna performing while wearing a shirt that says Kylie Minogue

And this is one of my favorite Kylie performances

Epic entrance!

If you enjoyed Christina Aguilera's album Bi-on-ic you may find Kylie's 2007 album X appealing.
