This thread is almost five years old! Our friend Cormac135 started it on 2 January 2021. It’s 278 pages long, a bit unwieldy. I think we should start Volume 9. I don’t want to step on Cormac’s toes, but he hasn’t been here in more than three years, since 29 April 2022. I wish him the best, wherever he is.
