Today I will be chopping out bricks for sub-floor ventilation
 
I wish I could use a treadmill, but with my emphysema that is impossible
 
That was the reason I quit smoking 3 years ago. I could not breath well and had to be on Oxygen for the first 4 months. It is no fun
 
If you can quit, you should. Emphysema is no fun, I could not even shovel the ice from my driveway tonight. My nice neighbor did it.
 
I caught the train to Grace Jones on Sunday night - 1 1/2 hours each way :(
