I try to eat fish occasionally, they have the omega-3 fats that are supposed to be good for you.

I eat fish at least twice a week. When I vacation at the shore it is at least 4-5 times

I only have it once in a great while. Been eating a lot of pasta recently: it's pretty much fat free.

I eat pasta once a week or so

I can't wait for this work week to be over.

I want winter to be over

I still have yet to get a winter coat .. have been layering and the cold hasn't gotten to me.

One does not need a heavy coat in the car, but if you break down you will freeze

I wear my fleece sweatshirt and my spring/fall jacket .. together they keep me as warm as a wainer coat.

I wear my sunglasses at night.

Tonight's the night I have to put my garbage and recycling out.

I just got home!

My heart beats rapidly after I spend time on the treadmill.

The Heart Holiday is coming up soon

Soon I must get on the treadmill.

I don't 'get' the concept of treadmills - running a lot and going nowhere

Seems many people keep running and getting nowhere

 

[dolla24]

Perhaps I go nowhere, but I burn a lot of calories in that lack of "movement"
