What makes you think Bill and Eric and Godrick are supposed to be represented as any particular ages? Their characters are all at least a hundred years old. I think that's the point, they're ageless. Their physical characteristics are supposed to be representative of the age they were when they were turned.

Godrick is fucking hot.

Exactly. And Charlaine Harris mentions their ages at several points in the books. Eric was turned at 23, Bill at 30, and Godric as a teenager. (Pam is also supposed to be 19.)

Sam is described as being a couple of years older than Sookie (which would make him late 20's), though at one point Harris says that he's in his early thirties. Andy is supposed to be in his mid thirties.

Stephen Moyer (Bill) is 40, and the makeup makes him look even older. Sam Trammel (Sam) is 38. Chris Bauer (Andy Bellefleur) is 43, and his severely receding hairline makes him look much older. Alexander Skarsgård (Eric) is 33, and like Bill, the makeup makes him look older than that. Kristin Bauer (Pam) is 36, almost twice her character's age.

Oh, I didn't realize that about the books. That's interesting. I suppose it's because they can't find actors/actresses that young to be on the show, you know? I mean, can you imagine a 16 year old or a 19 year old actually playing those roles? The seriousness of it would be taken down. It would seem amateur.
 
I actually just watch the entire first season and I would have to say

Jasons got the body

Hoyt is just adorable

Lafayette attitude is hilarious

Bill is meh

Eric is Cute I loved him in Generation Kill

But my all time favorite is

SAM He's just so lovable even though he's a little obsessive. I just wanna cuddle up with him, shower with him... and (*8*):kiss:*|*:sex: him.

I can't wait till season 2 hits netflix so I can see all the new eye candy
