The "I eat too damn much" thread

I'm hypoglycemic so you will find food near me all the time. Nuts, veggies, bars, multigrain crackers, ready made sandwiches, dried fruit etc. I eat very frequently, I just don't eat crap.

I just consume little less than 800 Kcal per day. On extreme diet. Lost around 20 Kg in six months, and now maintaining the same.

Though I do crave to eat all the junk food, but touching and examining my love handles reminds me that I have more to lose.

However once in a while I do give up, and manage to eat out with friends. Usually its weekend, so that I can kick in the laxatives afterwards.

Weird! but necessary procedure to maintain myself
 
I don't eat much. The only problem is I like to nibble things when I'm not doing anything. #-o
 
My metabolism has still got my back; so I eat a hell of a lot (and really bad stuff too lol), but am still oh so slim.

Planning to phase into a diet before I hit the 20s, so when my metabolism doesnt die out I dont explode. I exercise regularly, but rather be prepared, a lot of diet-related illnesses are common in my family.
 
Okay, that's seriously unhealthy, and actually bordering on anorexic. [-X

You need to exercise and eat a healthy, balanced diet. You're going to end up with some serious malnutrition issues later in life doing what you're doing.

The more I work out, the more I eat.

I can't help it, I'm spending $600/month on food and it's not getting cheaper, just more expensive.

Very, very little of that is junk food either. A lot of it is chicken, fish, bison, beef, vegetables, fruits, dairy, and some grains.
