Last night I saw "Judy" starring Renee Zellwegger. What a fantastic movie! Renee was great as the iconic Judy Garland and she does her own singing in the movie too! Of course, she does not have the pipes that Judy Garland has but she does a great job regardless!
If she does not get nominated for the Oscar for this role and does not win then there is something wrong with the Oscar Academy! Judy suffered from depression and was hooked on drugs at an early age. She lived a sad and depressed life. She died at a young age at 47.
