Last night i saw "Stillwater" starring Matt Damon and Abigail Breslin.

The movie brings a lot of parallels to the Amanda Knox case. Enjoyed the movie it kept my interest until the end.

Check it out!

The Changeling

I was a bit sceptical when I started to figure out what the movie was about, but it was actually a pretty decent flick. Any other horror recommendations? I remember liking Black Christmas. That was one of the most disturbing horrors I've ever seen.

I started" Synchronic" but got pissed off and turned it off thirty minutes later.

Last night I saw "Respect" starring Jennifer Hudson, Forest Whitaker, and Marlon Wayans. Great movie and Oscar worthy performance from Jennifer Hudson as Aretha Franklin.

Check it out!

Last night I saw "CODA" Starring Marlee Matlin. CODA stands for Children of Deaf Adults. It is about a high school girl who is the only hearing person in her family. Her Mother, Father, and brother are all deaf. It takes place in Massachusetts and they the family runs a fishing boat that is how they make a living. They depend on their daughter, Ruby, since she is the only one in the family who can hear. She loves singing and joins the high school choir. She gets bullied in school because she is poor and she works on the family's fishing boat. The choir teacher pairs her up with this boy, Miles for a duet to sing at a high School performance. They are both attracted to each other. Miles is from a home where his parents are not getting along with each other. He turns to music and Ruby to escape his life. The choir teacher is working with miles to go to Berklee College of Music in Boston and encourages Ruby to audition for the College as well. She is torn between leaving home and her deaf family's fishing business and going to school to study music. The actor portraying Miles is very cute!

The movie is sad with a happy ending. I saw it in the theatre but it is also streaming on Apple+ TV.

Check it out!
