Last night I saw "Top Gun Maverick" starring Tom Cruise, Jennifer Connelly, Miles Teller, and Jon Hamm. There is a brief cameo appearance by Val Kilmer. It was good. Tom Cruise has a nice body but when they showed close ups of his face, he sure has aged quite a bit.

They showed some clips of the original movie in certain scenes when talking about it in the movie. I liked that they used Kenny Loggins, Danger Zone from the original and some other songs. Lady Gaga's new song for the movie closes out the movie.

While it was good and I enjoyed it, it was not as good as the original but still entertaining. Check it out!

'Fun' movie considering theres a huge man eating shark

I thought I would go Tuesday (1/2 off) to see Top Gun. Tom Cruise shut the movie down because he was disappointed with the flying sequences. Thats why I am going to see if its better. I watched the original only 6 months ago.

Going with friend on Friday to see Jurrasic Park

Today I saw "Firebird" It stars Tom Prior, Oleg Zagordnii, and Diana Pozharskaya. The movie is based on a true story that was co-written by Tom Prior. It is about a handsome, soulful young soldier who embarks on a sexual affair with a charismatic and handsome fighter pilot on a Soviet Air Force Base during the the 1970's communist rule. It is a beautiful love story and also very sad story too. The movie was very good! A little slow moving in the beginning but it gets better middle and to the end of the movie.

Check it out!

There is a moment, like in The Crying Game, The Sixth Sense, that you wont see coming

- I saw Top Gun about 6 months ago. I had never seen it. I wasnt really into the story but I felt I should see it.

In Top Gun Maverick, I wasnt into the story that much but the flying sequences were great and got better in the second half of the movie
