Elvis. What a film. It goes through Elvis' life, performances, loves and his death and Austin Butler is miraculous as Elvis and Tom Hanks as Colonel Parker. Great movie.

Emily , The Criminal - Now Playing in theaters

One of the best movies I've seen this year. The acting, the plot line, the twists, the whole thing was solid .Aubry is top shelf. she exudes self confidence and control. One of the greatest performances by an actress I've seen

Best Actress , Best Picture no doubt. Your story , Our story . As a college grad struggling to find steady, sustaining work with considerable student debt, this movie connects with me. I love dark movies that speak to issues that society overlooks.

Drive My Car

Dir. Ryusuke Hamaguchi

At 3 hours in film time, I was a little sceptical at its length thinking it would be too long. Personally, I was wrong. It uses the film time superbly. Hidetoshi Nishijima's final scene of the film is pretty much uncut with Park Yoo Rim performing Korean sign language and it's beautiful for it. I highly recommend "Drive my Car".

As far as I'm aware, this film is still on UK streaming service Mubi. I bought this film on a whim on Blu Ray.

Last night I saw "Beautiful Blue Eyes" starring Roy Scheider. The movie was from 2009 and was never released before. It was Roy Scheider's last movie role. It was a very good movie and I was surprised that they never released it before. It is playing exclusively in Regal Theatre's.

Check it out!

Yes, it was a great movie! I saw this in the Theatre and it is now playing on HBO. It gave a lot of back story on Colonel Tom Parker, which I never new much about him. Tom Hanks was great in the role as usual and will probably get nominated for an Oscar for it, which he deserves. Austin Butler was great as Elvis too. He is very hot! I remember him from the Carrie Diaries, a prequel series of "Sex and the City." He played Carrie's b/f.

Eight Below (2006)

"Brutal cold forces two Antarctic explorers to leave their team of sled dogs behind as they fend for their survival."
