This afternoon I saw "The Last Showgirl" starring Pamela Anderson, Jamie Lee Curtis, Dave Bautista, and Billie Lourd. I can see why Pamela Anderson is getting a lot of award show buzz. Her performance was great! Jamie Lee Curtis was great too! It was a sad slow moving movie but excellent acting and storyline.

'Queer' 2024, based on the book by William S Burroughs. Difficult to film a book like this one, I don't feel that it succeeds. It reminded me of 'The Sheltering Sky' 1990, in the way that it left a feeling of torpor. At least they tried.
 
Yesterday I saw "Babygirl" starring Nicole Kidman, Antonia Banderas, and Harris Dickenson. It was a very erotic movie! Nicole Kidman gave a wonderful performance as she always does.
