the last film you watched thread

Although Jackson's Dead Alive has a place amongst my favorite films, his other work prior to that falls flat for me. I've never liked Meet the Feebles.

And I just tried to watch Bad Taste and turned it off about half way through.

Well I just watched the first two minutes of Vampire Boys before it made me want to blow my brains out. But before that I watched Season of the Witch.

Saw Kurosawa's Ikiru today instead of hopping on the bandwagon and watching the Canucks game tonight. Such a beautiful, inspiring, melancholic work of art. Might just be my favourite Kurosawa film yet!

The Matrix, never gotta get old of that movie!!! great writing, great action and great actors!!! especially Keanu Reeves (such a hottie:D)!!!..

the mechanic. jason statham is hot to death, and ben foster is actually a pretty good actor. the movie is only ok. its solid on a craft level, but the story doesnt take things very far, always staying on the safe side; and im not sure what the message is supposed to be here, if there even is one.

Liane Brandon's 1972 "women's consciousness" short Betty Tells Her Story. I didn't read it along feminist lines and thought it was very good.

Also, 1979's Tourist Trap, a wax museum/slasher movie. Although lacking the finesse of a giallo it still had some nice mannequin imagery. Other than that, not much to recommend it.

I watched Secretariat 2 weeks ago. I watch anything with Diane Lane in it. She is mind numbingly sexy.

Mad Money. I'm going through a bit of Diane Keaton phase at the moment and it really wasn't as bad as people say.

The Boys: The Sherman Brothers' Story A Documentary on the song writing Sherman Brothers that wrote many ,if not all, great Disney songs including Mary Poppins any interesting look at brothers who are polar opposites yet find a common place to create some memorable songs. :=D:

X-Men: First Class excluded, which I've seen twice now.

I finally got around to watching Inception...I was not disappointed. ..|
