Deliver Us From Evil

A deliciously frightening horror film

I've always enjoyed watching Eric Bana
Joel McHale was very good in this, I thought it would be weird with all the comedy exposure he has had but it did work because he did an excellent job
He did deliver a few funny lines at the start but I actually forgot about it being him by the middle of the film

Sean Harris was brilliant as Santino
I recognized him from Prometheus and Showtime's The Borgais

I knew it was going to be good, but I wasn't expecting it to be that damn awesome! The CGI is incredible, the acting is fantastic, and the story is exciting throughout. I might have to go see it again.

I saw it in 3D and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Even better than "Rise" with James Franco
Good writing and awesome facial expressions on the CGI apes.

Under The Skin - Intriguingly off kilter, and well acted; but ultimately it didn't quite come together for me. More "interesting" than "good".

Sebastiane - Nekkid guys whoa.

The Last Unicorn - Actually the first time I've seen this classic. Beautiful movie. The character Molly made me cry.

So do I go and see "Planet of the Apes"? It has just been released in France.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier - Very well made, very entertaining. But it also follows the Marvel formula quite rigidly, meaning it never quite manages to be more than very well made and very entertaining.

Dhobi Ghat (Mumbai Diaries) (2010).

Because all the wealth and ability of Bollywood is aimed chiefly at the production of crap, any exception to it is appealing. DGMD has the tone of an advertisement for mid-shelf liquor, but also has a few genuinely excellent moments. Plus, it's full of Bombay.
