I was first introduced to these incredibly delicious treats when I was stationed in Guam. My boss was a woman who was originally from the Philippines.

The only place I could find these made fresh was at Chai Market in the Southside of Bham, where I got some today.

Highly Recommend y'all try them if you can find them.
