Finished Christmas shopping. Bought a bunch of gift cards. I only buy regular gifts for the little kids and the older kids and adults get gift cards.
 
Paid for the parts of my blood test that the Health Service doesn't cover.
 
I was going to say a cinema ticket but of course I don't pay any more; oh I did buy a packet of Maltesers.
 
A packet of raw plugs to fix my ceiling light, a small rug as I am wearing out the carpet by spending so long on my computer, groceries and rods for pulling my curtains.
 
A t-shirt and a pair of winter shoes. They will hopefully arrive here before Christmas.

I bought 4 more yesterday.

Whilst strolling around the town I found a shop selling objects to decorate the home and bought myself a pewter tray to throw my keys and change into when I walk through the front door.
 
Spent an fortune today.

Spent the morning buying airline tickets and booking hotels.

Bought yet another lampshade (the eighth) as I found a standard lamp which I think I will buy tomorrow. I need two of them which of course means double the expenditure.

This afternoon I bought my Christmas Tree.
 
Bought the standard lamp I had seen and ordered a second one.
