Got an oil change today. Owner's manual said to change oil every 10,000 miles, change oil indicator came on at 7,500 miles, waited until 8,059 miles. Went to Express Oil Change instead of Ford Dealer, got $5 dollars off. Win!!

Guy at Express Oil Change said I should change oil every 3,000 miles. \
