Groceries on Friday...which I should finish putting away...

Last week brought a lot of small buys--almost all practical necessities, like some socks. Only a few dollars, but painful--I have limited cash flow, and real fear of what the next years will bring, making it harder spending anything.

I did get a copy of National Lampoon's Vacation for a quarter in a thrift shop. I can't recall being wild about it, but, again, only a quarter. My strong memory: first time I saw this was in 7th grade English. The teacher kept fast forwarding through the more risque scenes. It may be imagination, but the VCR might have been on Fast Forward more than Play. :lol:

I also picked up The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe from about 15 years ago. Also a quarter. I saw that when my father's family insisted on us going out after a holiday gathering. The last movie I ever saw with my father, and the last movie I saw in a movie theater. Could be the last ever...
 
Groceries and some lube... The lube was important--old supply getting low--but I wonder if it was a real problem, given a lingering spell of depression that has eliminated any interest in masturbation...

I guess if I feel better in six months, the lube will be there, ready...
