I've got a herniated disc in my back which is causing extreme pain down my left leg. I've had to cancel my trip to Switzerland. The doctor wants to try a steroid injection. Hopefully that will happen soon.

Here is my grocery sales receipt from the other day. 1.Sack of red potatoes 2. Morton salt substitute. I'm not on a sodium-restricted diet, but I figure it couldn't hurt 3. Store brand orange marmalade 4. Store brand peach preserves 5. Store brand Nutella-equivalent 6. Newman's Own black bean and corn salsa (on sale) 7. Country Crock spread. I guess technically it's not margarine anymore, since apparently the FDA won't let them make it out of that trans-fat crap anymore 8. Store bakery Meyer lemon cookies 9. Facial tissue
