I just finished swapping out bulbs. The LEDs look a little brighter but I think that's because I cleaned the lenses. How they get so dusty mounted under the eaves is a surprise. Same color, warm white, as incandescent.
 
A new lock with key for the grandfather clock. It seems the original key has worn down over the years. I thought it just needed a couple of drops of oil. I could buy just a key. But the existing lock has as much wear as the existing key and the worn off metal is somewhere. So, replace both for the princely sum of 13.80 with tax and free shipping from eBay.
 
I bought a new Otterbox case for hubby's phone. LG V20. The first case was $15 and the "rubber" cushion has stretched out, or swollen from hand oil and the inner case had all of one prong holding the hard shell together. Four plus years. He's dropped it a few times and the phone is fine.

I've been looking and yeah, a replacement for $40 seems a bit high. I stumbled on a seller on Amazon. $10. "Used". Smells brand new to me. Get the order over $35 and free shipping. Ok, I'm in. Then Amazon said if I order anything in the next 24 hours, that order gets free shipping.

So I ordered another Otterbox for his phone. Call it four years per case and he's covered for a long time. The way his hearing is shitting the bed, def covered. If his phone or my phone croak, guess what? I have a brand new in the factory packaging spare. Just swap the sim and log into Google to recover the Contacts.
