Recently Kennyworth, in the Obama Tonight thread, Post 47, trashed on me and called me a liar because I said that a flat out racist statement (about kool aide and fried chicken in the White House if Obama was elected) was not refuted by any Clinton supporter

So, taking Kennyworth at his word, I apologised.

And of course the original "fried chicken and kool aid" quote was from Musican b flat who three posts after Kenny called me a liar, because Kenny said he had addressed the slur, had this to say:

Jack first the comment was a joke, 2nd I never used the comment to say that "I" didn't want Obama in the white house. I used the comment in reference to those who don't want a black man to hold that office. You have tried to turn this into an issue of race and it is not for me.

and as I read the whole thread, no where does Kennyworth address that comment, let alone stand against it (let alone appear in that thread at all)

So Kennyworth calles me a liar because I said that no Clinton supporter denounced that fried chicken comment and read the thread - no clinton suppporter, including kennyworth, denounced that comment or even commented on it

so Kennyworth calling me a liar when I spoke the truth -

and you can read musicmanbflat's wrote in its entirety for yourselves and what I said will stand - that he was making a racist statement and read the thread, no Clinton supporter says a thing about it, let alone denounces it, so Kennyworth, when you called me a liar and said you addressed it: you lied, and musicanbflat, when you denied what you said, you lied too

Kenny - I gave you the benefit of the doubt and apologized when I thought I was right but you protested so strongly - turns out I am right and you are wrong, and you were wrong to call me a liar - let's see what happens next

maybe you wanted to denounce but you didn't - maybe you should have checked before you called me a liar

I think I have a right to point out that I am falsely accused and have a right to set the record straight

But I thought that musicman meant that as a joke. I didn't know a comment like that could be taken in a racist way coming from someone who is african american. I have black friends and they say stuff like that all the time. But I don't know everyone has their own perspective.

You're right! This could be a conspiracy! He put up that avatar so he could make that remark while deflecting any kind of racial suspicions! I was so blind. I honestly think that if this remark hadn't been directed toward Obama no one would have cared.

I denouced the racist shit in the original content. With every comment in here taken apart brick by brick there is no room for off color jokes. Believe me after 18 years of service in the military - have been ripped as a non caring asshole towards the troops when i took the familarity approach and made a variety of comments. Like "the army isnt known for its smarts". There is no "buy" on this forum for thjat type of action in one direction there fore there is none in the other direction.

I don't believe in a vast anti-clinton conspiracy. I know sexism is alive and well and I know some people dont like her. But I don't care. She is my candidate and Obama is yours. You find things you hate about her and I find things about Obama (Not so much Obama as his recent rise to messiah status) that I don't really like. Period.

I don't post anti-Rodham or anti-Obama threads, and I've even called out SixPack for posting too many of them, but my request for a solitary thread to consolidate all the various, superfluous threads be concentrated into one. My point in that post wasn't a specific to you "you", but a general one. Regardless, we agree to disagree. I'm used to it...
