I remember enough meteorology to say it's some form of a cumulonimbus that punctured through a thermal layer and went crazy. That 'wing' seem vaguely familiar, but not enough to ring any bells.
I've sat and watched thunderstorm clouds puncture the stratosphere, but this doesn't look quite like that. Here's a similar one:
which is a "cumulonimbus fibrous-edged top capillatus", which is more terminology than I got in meteorology class!
Given its shape, that cloud is probably ten kilometers from bottom to top.
