Didn't click anything twice but I got a copy image.

I used <ctrl> V to post the image.
Then I clicked on the little word "Insert" in the thumbnail. It offered me two options "Thumbnail" or "Full Image". I chose the second one.

And got a second image.

Plus the thumbnail is still there.

What's happening is when I use <ctrl> V, a full-size image is made; when I do the thing with the thumbnail, it makes another image.
