I saw a TV special once that showed a guy doing really-micro mosaics; he used tweezers to put in pieces that he view under a big magnifying glass. The pieces he was working with were about the size of an asterisk -- * -- and sometimes as small as an apostrophe -- '. Now I wonder if this kind of art was his inspiration.
