Ah, memories!

In grad school we had the privilege of getting fascimiles of some like that and working to make sense of it. Turns out that really, really knowing the language isn't enough, you have to really, really know the likely source material; recognizing pieces of a word here and another there isn't enough to identify the document, you have to have whole sections of the source material memorized to the point you can say, "Hey this word here, and this word over here, are the right distance apart to be <some line> from <some work>.

So what collection is this papyrus 2088 from? I'd love to check it out further!

Found it: British museum, poor quality text from Sophocles -- a frustrating item because while it's possible to tell that it's from his player "Trackers", it's also the only text we have from that play.

What would be truly magnificent would be finding a full copy!
