To be honest, if I met a guy less than 3 inches, I would not see any sexual future with him, but we could be great friends. I remembered something earlier after I posted - my first lover had a (bent) micro penis but I didn't take notice maybe until 3-4 months after we were together. It's a fair policy, both for the owners of JUB, and the companies that ban porn at work.
All it takes is one slip of someone walking up, and most places could fire you. Of course, some may go through due process and a warning, but many professional jobs are without contract at at-will employment.
And, considering the current Supreme Court, it is highly unlikely any case is going to blow that away any time soon.

Size does indeed matter. While I am some where in the normal range most guys that I have been with in the days of my youth were quite large. My heart goes out to those who truly do have a micro penis.
