For the remainder of the week, yes. Today I worked 2am to 10:30. I went to the beach after work. It was quiet, warm, sunny, and I was able to lay there and just listen to the waves. Now I have a sunburn, lol.

Dustin, I choose to go to the beaches that are off the beaten path and not crowded with kids, loud teens, and such for that very reason you mentioned. It's healing...in so many ways.
