You are putting in 80 hours / week and feel as though you are developing an ulcer because you care so much but just get dumped on more and more - Sandy's attitude - your "backhanded 'promotion'" with no pay increase - first the double responsibilities for how many months, then . . .

You don't have to justify anything Dustin. I assume you've given the company the appropriate notice of your resignation. You would be justified in giving them some feedback on how you feel you've been treated, but you're under no obligation to explain anything. Don't let the bastards intimidate you.

Hi Dustin (*8*) We are missing each other this week because of our differences in work hours.

But I've been reading all of this very carefully. Normally I should say I'm sorry about you quitting your job, but perhaps in this case I should say Congratulations!

I'm sure today is probably one of the most stressful days of your life, meeting with Witch and the owner, but you know, I'm sure you're going to get through it, come home, take a deep, deep breath, say "wow" and hopefully feel good about yourself. You did the right thing. Your mental and physical health takes precedence over all else. You'll be fine and you know you have your friends here for total support.

Cailean, Life is always worth living - this has been a particularly stressful time in the world's life, as it were- with us all collateral damage of sorts. The experiences are painful, but they can help you to grow, to learn (some of life's lessons aren't something we *want* to learn, but they wind up helping at some point later.).
