My take on the manager's comment was a recognition that you were actively working at that absurd hour - "What, are you nuts?!".
I don't see any of it as a negative - more recognition of you're working too hard.
Some exercise to stretch out your muscles, etc. can help you relax and get to bed/asleep a bit better.
Rumor has it there's a particular type of exercise that's particularly effective, if you get my drift, lol.

Dustin, I think we've all been in that position at least once. You're not alone buddy and I think the best thing would be for you to focus on being happy on your own. Laughter is really great medicine.
