Which reminds me. Ever read any sci-fi by C.J. Cherryh? More often than not, the humans are the aliens...good stuff.

Oh I liked Janeway. But Picard will always be my favorite.

As for Q, he is the best bad guy ever, in ANY Star Trek series. I read the books too, and he is in quite a few of them. He and Picard have had alot of adventures in the books.
