Already in the crosshairs because of a lawsuit filed on Tuesday against the FEC for failing to address a staggering campaign finance violation to the Trump campaign in 2016 NRA busted giving Trump 9,259 times the legal limit: Bombshell campaign finance lawsuit (Raw Story; April 24, 2019) today the shit has hit the fan with the titular head of the NRA removed for an extortion scheme to apparently remove the real head and Russian puppet, Wayne LaPierre.

It can only be hoped that with their pipeline to Russian money hopefully shut down, and the swirl of lawsuits that now threaten to engulf the organization, that their internecine squabbling will ultimately result in a circular firing squad that will crash the NRA organization to the ground.

At this point, the convicted felon North has nothing to lose by releasing the dirt on LaPierre not only to the NRA board members, but also to the world at large.

So Oliver North is extorting LaPierre? I feel so sorry for him. Lapierre has used fear to keep ignorant rednecks stirred up. I would love to see the NRA rot to the ground and never recover.
 
Sleazy Ollie vs sleazier Wayne La Pierre... yeah, they blame the liberals for their problems but it's on them. La Pierre especially for turning a once well respected organization into a strident, far right lightning rod for the most extremist notions of gun ownership and gun rights...essentially the NRA wants people to be able to have the same firearms access the military has. Any sensible registration or limitations will not be contemplated... we had armed mobsters using machine guns in their arsenal back during the Prohibition Era. With the semiautomatics we have now we have as well bullets that pierce quicker and deeper and cause catastrophic damage. Heaven forbid we regulate sensibly, no we got to have our guns.. give em even to mentally ill people! Fucking lunatics.

^ If the NRA is a non-profit organisation allowing it to be tax exempt, why does it had so much money of their own to throw at Trump? That, to me, sounds like 'for profit'.
 
^ They had a huge influx of money from the Russians in 2016 to throw at the election. It was one of their ways of laundering the cash from the Kremlin.

One imagines that this tap is now turned off as the NRA has come under closer scrutiny for campaign finance violations and working as an agency of a foreign hostile power.
 
^ I mentioned it because I just read an article about the New York AG has launched an investigation into not only their finances, but in their tax exempt status as well.
 
Maria Butina's patron, Vladimir Putin, was furious that she received an 18 month sentence for her efforts.... it's going to be very interesting seeing just how much the Russians were able to compromise La Pierre and his buddies, and whatever else the corrupt LaPierre board was up to. This is so delicious!
 
He'll be disappointed though when the NRA can't launder money to help fund his 2020 campaign the way they did with his 2016 effort.

This statement by Trump oozes hypocrisy in every word. He himself is guilty of every single allegation.

And the applause by the NRA members at the convention proves that their organization isn't about the 2nd amendment or gun safety at all. It is about arms running and exporting weapons.

And yet the same yahoos will be screaming about the gangs in Central America and Mexico who are the beneficiaries.

The NRA for awhile now is about making that whore Lapierre money. He'll take any dick willing to pay. it just so happens that the sleaze on the right has far more johns.

We shouldn't make the mistake of thinking that there is any kind of actual political or philosophical reason for the ass-licking Wayne likes to provide. He's just a whore and renewable energy doesn't pay - probably because it's not trying to fuck people over.

If you actually sit down and talk to NRA members, the stereotype breaks down quickly. Most of them are not opposed to regulation, are not political zealots, and are actually interested in protecting wildlife and the environment. But that doesn't make good T.V. so you only ever see slavering trailer trash showing their ass in public in the most ignorant way possible.

For a long time I've asked why the NRA people I know who are complaining about the political wing are still sending them money, I always hear that the NRA does other things - well, now we know, it's doing shit but taking the cash. It didn't start out that way, but when you spread your legs for dirty sleaze, you get the clap.
 
Well someone (koffOliverNorthkoff) has leaked the info about LaPierre's inappropriate expenses billed to the NRA ad agency. Some of these are crazy.

What is really telling is the statement that the board is okay with this kind of grift.

Makes you wonder what the board members have been able to get away with as well......
