Malted Ovaltine is great when made with hot milk.

Do you sweat a lot? Stock cubes/bouillon cubes are extremely salty.

I'll stay with tea, thanks. A dark Scottish blend with a generous spoonful of Brazilian wildflower honey in a very large mug. Nothing 'odd' here.

Prune juice keeps me going all day.

Black tea, nothing added, steeped until it starts eating through the mug.

That might be good in green tea but I like the earthy taste of black tea.

Iced black coffee - real strong.

I make my own in the morning with the Starbucks espresso beans but I usually stop at Starbucks and get a venti iced Americano w/ an add shot most afternoons.

In the morning, mint tea.

In the afternoon, smoked black tea blend.

In the evening. red wine.

I'll bet you pinch the bag, too, worse than cheap underwear.

I squeeze the shit out of it. I like the astringent taste.

and you should see my underwear.

Black teas: Darjeeling, Assam. With milk- just a touch!

And before any people complain about the British ruining a delicate oriental infusion by adding milk: we weren't the first by any means. The Manchus drank their tea with milk, and lots of it.

It's interesting that you mentioned this.

My grandparents loved hot bouillon broth, usually in the winter.
Always too salty for me, then tasteless if you add too much hot water.
