She won't top this one - who could? She might not even come close ever again. But truth is - she may not need to.

Preach! Topping this will be absolutely impossible short of a musical miracle, but this is one more hit album than most aspiring singers will ever produce. Massively successful.

On another note, how about Ray Charles drown in my own tears for my audition which is next tuesday?

Oh I definitely think she'd still be successful if she were black. Shes got talent and her material is good (if not to everyones taste) and that will always sell, if marketed properly. Though I do think that being white helped propel her into that realm of recognition and stardom that many black artists never reach, even though they are just as talented.

Yessssss for the honesty. Let's be real, if Beyonce were Naomi Campbell's color she wouldn't be 1/3 of the star she is now.

Adele Pregnant With First Child


Adele is expecting her first child with boyfriend Simon Konecki, the 24-year-old singer announced Friday (June 28).

"I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together," she wrote on her blog. "I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx." Adele's website went down -- likely due to capacity problems -- shortly after she posted the big news.

Adele discussed her relationship with 37-year-old charity CEO Konecki on her own blog in January and in a Vogue interview after he accompanied her to the 2012 Grammy Awards. "He's proud of me, but he don't care about what I do or what other people think," she boasted to Vogue.

Adele's "21" earned 24 nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and has sold 9.4 million copies to date according to Nielsen SoundScan.

so happy for her! didn't even know she had a boyfriend. why does she keep singing about her lost loves and people hurting her and loneliness? i was so shocked when heard the news! congrats to the mum to be!

she'll now have to sing about changing diapers and still win grammy awards!
 
^^^well the album came out when she is a bitter single woman...but then she found her man :)
