xy, i love my beyonce. and this is one of the reasons why. she's a budding diva-who-will-eventually-lose-her-mind. her ego, no doubt fueled by papa knowles, is only going to get bigger. she's a fucking star!!

if you want further proof aside from the "listen" vid for impending flame out, just look at the billboard charts. "irreplaceable" is at #2 and about to hit #1, her album is heading back into the top 5 and will on the strength of "irreplaceable" no doubt also go back to #1, which will no doubt further swell the ego...and then next year, i smell a big ol' screaming match with jennifer hudson at the oscars followed by an extended stay at a "home". beyonce rocks!!!!!

I Hate That People Try To Hate On Beyonce, She Is An Amazing Talent That Deserves All The Success She Has Received And Can Do It All! She May Not Be The Best Actor In The World But If U Read Some Of The Reviews For The Film Hey Say Her Acting Has Improved! She Is A Very Talented To Individual Who Has More Success Than Any Other Female Artist In The R&b Field Right Now. She Will Continue To Be Successful As Long As She Keeps Chosing Quality Projects. Beyonce is boring as hell and a horrible actress. She doesnt even act. Every movie she's been in, she's played a singer. She will never win an acting Oscar. The one good thing is that she really isnt getting all the attention for Dreamgirls. I dont think I've read anything about DG's that doesnt mention Jennifer Hudson's performance and her Oscar buzz is deafening.

Anyway, I bought B'day for a friend for his birthday so I can't look at the liner notes of the cd myself so.........I'm wondering if anyone knows who wrote "Listen." Since it's considered a new song for the film it will most likely get nominted for Best Original Song at next year's Oscars. Only the songwriters get to actually take home the statuette so if (and most likely when) "Listen" wins and Beyonce is credited as one of the songwriters she could in effect win an Oscar. As for acting.......from all the entertainment mags I've read the only acting nominess will be Jennifer and Eddie. And from all the buzz Ms. Hudson is going to win.

listen wrecks n' effect, beyonce is an all out star is all i'm saying...she's got a damn good voice and she's coming along as an actress. when you start out as a singer, the first roles you're gonna get are gonna be as the eye candy or the girlfriend and if you prove yourself, you move on to bigger and better roles like she's doing. cause she's a STAR in every way unlike ms. hudson who has yet to prove shit. so yeah...with love and respect to xyboy, she IS the star of this movie. not ms. fatson, i mean hudson, not eddie murphy not jaime fox...

and britney has not had more hits than beyonce...you put the string of hits starting with destiny's child in '99, beyonce's had about a couple dozen top ten and number one hits, including several as a solo artist. britney's only had about 6 top ten hits...and except for "baby hit me one more time", no number ones...she's great at flashing her cooch and getting media attention but the bitch hasn't had a big hit in five years. even "toxic" was barely a top ten hit.

exactly. britney sold more albums only cause she hit during the teen boom in '99 and '00 when her first two albums were released but her subsquent albums sold a small fraction of the first two and the bitch can't buy herself a hit single.

You claim that Miss Hudson has yet to prove anything...yet every review of Dreamgirls available has praised her performance far and above your beloved Bee, who according to you is a star in every way. It's sad yet predictable that a Beyonce fan would stoop to attacking Jennifer's weight when there's nothing else to say because the girl could sing circles around Beyonce on her worst day.

First of all, it's irrelevant who's had more hits, Britney or Beyonce--as I was merely just using Britney as an example to illustrate my point that popularity does not equal talent. Secondly, I was referring to Beyonce's SOLO career--not the work she's done with Destiny's Child.
