i felt like i was being musically massacred. THE worst song of the year, it will be. my life will officially be meaningless if this crap is reviewed well by critics ;P

but seriously. after listening, i had to go listen to judas to hear a real song. big, BIG disappointment, bey. especially as a comeback after no music for quite sometime.

oh well. judas is gonna kick some ass then! XD

maybe the final version will be better...er....maybe.

Beyonce has this ability to release songs that are lukewarm but once she releases a video/performs on every music award show under the sun, one can't help but like the song. I don't like this song now at all, but I'm sure within four weeks I will.

I heard this was just a demo and this may or may not be the official single. But I'm going to buy it regardless because their should be no reason other crap out their like BTW shoots to #1. I wish Beyonce will go back to her "roots" and issue what I think is a masterpiece album. Just go back to complementary R&B with a lil pop flava please.

I've heard it and I am very indifferent. It's disjointed and the chorus is very weak. It may do well because she's Beyonce.

The worst song i've heard in my entire life. There was hype for this song as it was dubbed the next Hold it Against Me because it has dubstep. But, this is complete shit. It doesn't sound good at all, I mean.. how the fuck do you even dance to this? It sounds like a song played at boot camp. Can't even hear the lyrics properly, smdh.

I just heard the official version and surprise surprise its still sounds shitty. I'm hoping that Beyonce camp comes out with a statement that this is not the official single. This is a bad start if it is.

gaga puts out great music. it's always polished and always catchy. beyonce frequently puts out good music (though not written by her), but this song does not live up to the hype. it's awkward, strange, and difficult to follow.

and it's AMUSING that you find his opinion amusing. because i find it AMUSING that you think judas and born this way are inferior to this piece of shit, shallow song. don't be a dick just because his opinion differs.

well, going back to your original comment then, this song is clearly inferior in terms of production, lyrics, beat, sound, etc. i mean. judas and BTW are fully produced songs with actual lyrics. this song is garbage with the same garbage line repeated over and over again

and yes, if you'd said kesha, i'd defend her too, since i quite like her.

you're stressing the importance of opinion, yet you bashed our opinion that gaga is superior to this song which i personally feel is shit.

I'm a pretty big Beyonce fan, actually. More-so than Lady Gaga. I really like her voice. I just don't like the direction her music is (apparently going to, given this) taking.

This song is just awful. But it sounds like nothing else out there, so who knows...it might start a craze. I've given up on any hopes for mainstream music anyway.

For DIL, the singles were released in this order:

1) Crazy In Love
2) Baby Boy
3) Me, Myself, and I
4) Naughty Girl

For I Am...Sasha Fierce, the order was:

1) Single Ladies and If I Were A Boy
2) Halo and Diva
3) Sweet Dreams

So, she does not have a track record for releasing the weakest singles first.

there was no hostility between artists until the huntneo came in here.
ifind beyonce terrible because she's ingeuine to her music...and because of this.
gaga writes her own, produces much of her own, and is a skilled pianist. as far as i'm concerned, beyonce is none of the above.
it's MY opinion that gaga is 100% superior to the beyonce, and bitches can't tell me i'm wrong :)
