Michelle just told Angie that she wants to get Brian, Steven, Dan and Renny out of the house. Basically all the people Angie likes. Poor Angie will be left with not a single ally if it goes that way. Meanwhile, Angie wans to get rid of all the people that Michelle's allied with, LoL. Tell me why these two are confiding in each other again?

I'm crossing my fingers that Angie wins HoH tomorrow! Or Renny... or shit, even Dan.

Oh look, it's dinner time! They're all setting the table and Brian's out of the shower. I guess this is his farewell meal. He's so dreading it, you can tell, LoL. He looks so pissed off in the mirror.

Dan would actually be the best person to win because Angie agreed to backdoor Dan in hte beginning of the week. If she wins she clearly wouldn't want to. So Dan winning would remove that problem.

Dan winning HoH would be the best thing. He could work to get someone from the other group out. I would want him to put up Jerry and April. While I would love Jerry to go, the others might keep Jerry because he is so easy to control, but who knows.

Jerry annoys me because he's a compulsive liar who doesn't realize he's lying. But it would be much smarter for him to do April and Ollie and backdoor Libra if possible.

Michelle and Keesha are poison to Angie and Steven. They need to back off readjust and go for Renny, Jesse, and/or Memphis for the long term.

Although Keesha does have a tendency to defend Steven when they get to rag on him so she might not be that bad for him but Michelle full on Angie bashes. But Keesha better watch herself defending Steven... she must see where defending Brian got Angie and Steven.

At the dinner table, Michelle says that she was recently in a movie, playing Matthew McConaughey's ex-girlfriend. It's called "The Ghost of Girlfriends Past" with McConaughe and Jennifer Garner.

I just wanna know one thing... how the FUCK did her dog face get cast as an ex-girlfriend of Matthew McConaughey?! LoL! Jesus. They must've have a real shortage of actresses trying out for the role.

I agree, she is one ugly bitch. Last night on showtime she kept walking around staring at the cameras waving likes shes hot shit, bitch please, you're the ugliest chick in the house!
Renny, Steven, Angie, Keesha, Dan, and Memphis would be a crazy good alliance. I think if that happens Michelle, Jerry, and Jesse would pick their side and bye-bye to Nerd Herd 2.0.
Jerry going up is not a good idea, imo. Better to get Ollie or Libra out, I think without one of them April would be a non threat. Jerry will go with whoever is in power and get a free ride to the jury.

Steven and Memphis... I'm loving these guys.
It's just too bad they both don't seem too bright.
Not to mention Steven's racist remarks...

I'm finding Brian and Dan to be cute as well... But they really don't come close, in my oppinion.

I'm liking:
Steven/Memphis: (I'm so biased with these two...)
Angie: (She appears to be a great person. She hasn't done or said anything to make me think otherwise.)
Brian/Dan: (I disliked them both at first, especially when Brian thought he was 'in control'. But I've changed my oppinion. Dan seems cool and Brian is now the underdog. I love the underdog. Too bad he probably isn't staying for much longer.)
Renny: (I initially thought she would be one of my favourites. Then I switched and thought she would be one of my least favourites. Now, I think she's pretty awesome.)

I'm not liking:
April: (What has she done besides being all over Ollie?)
Ollie: (What has he done besides being all over April?)
Keesha/Libra/Michelle: (They really seems mean-spirited. And paranoid. Especially Michelle. I'm more afraid of her having a heart attack than I am of Jerry.)

Brian, Dan and Steven in the backyard chit-chatting about random shit. Steven takes the opportunity to tell yet another racist joke...

"There's a black guy and a mexican in a car. Who's driving? The cop."

Brian covers his face and Dan doesn't laugh.

Ugh that's a downer. Why don't they say anything? He needs to be called out on this shit, and that will probably get him kicked off, but really he deserves it for being so crass and stupid.

I still stand by the opinion his first two statements weren't necessarily immediately racist, but this one there is no question. I too was wrong in believing he isn't racist after all.

I finally caught the whole second episode. This is prolly the most action-packed second episode ever. It was so funny seeing how smug and obnoxious Brian was before his ass wound up on the block. He basically telling people who was being nominated and how they were gonna vote when he wasn't even HOH. I didnt realize he was that bad.

I finally caught the whole second episode. This is prolly the most action-packed second episode ever. It was so funny seeing how smug and obnoxious Brian was before his ass wound up on the block. He basically telling people who was being nominated and how they were gonna vote when he wasn't even HOH. I didnt realize he was that bad.

It's sad people are getting so caught up in hating the girls. They made some power plays. Even Brian respects that. We always complain about people not playing the game for the last few years. We now actually have gamers and still everyone complains because they dont wanna be best friends with the girls or "the girls were mean to Angie" who cares? It's nowhere near Dick and Jen levels. People have nothing to talk about in the house but each other.

People seem to like all the brown hair white guys, who i can barely tell apart at times because they look and dress so similar, because they are "cute" and they seem "cool." This is the same logic some people used to elect President Bush and look where that got us.

Wow, I can't believe we're disagreeing on this but...you really don't see the problematic implications behind "Big Black Buck?" Steven clearly has a marginalized way of looking at people of color and again, that doesn't make him an evil person, but it does make him ignorant, and it IS troubling.

Race problems in the U.S. are all about class, history and power. When you're part of the dominant culture (i.e. white) it is not equally problematic when someone mentions your whiteness as when someone makes a joke about being black. It's just not. It would be absurd to pretend that all races are on an equal level in terms of how they are treated in American society. We don't all begin from the same privileged point, so therefore, any issues of race -- yes even a remark or a joke -- do not affect each group in quite the same way.

This is why claims about "reverse racism" are all stupid, and miss the point entirely. When you mention someone's whiteness, no one thinks for one moment that it says something ESSENTIAL about a person who happens to be white, because the denizens of the dominant culture are allowed to be individuals. When someone mentions a "big black buck", the implications are troubling because it draws on a racially socialized history of seeing black men as sexual and threatening, and people DO THINK it says something essential about a person who happens to be black because blacks (and other non-whites, and women, and sexually othered people) bear the burden of representation -- they are not allowed to be individuals but are rather defined by a dominant culture that essentializes them by viewing a group (and a racist view of the group at that) rather than the individual.

(I swear for now this will be the last time I bring up this discussion) I essentially, well entirely agree with the post, and if he did say Big Black Buck then yes I'll admit right now that's perpetuating a set image of black people as a whole. However I don't believe stating someone is black or white, and nothing more is racist. Colorblindness is after all a typical trait attributed to whiteness, as a way of denying the existance of white privilege. I apparently didn't read the whole post, because I thought he said black husband and that's it. That's also why I didn't jump on the bandwagon when he said "colored" because it IS common in the south, EVEN among black people to use the word "colored" in the same fashion we use black.

Okay, Keesha/Angie are in the living room, and it looks like Angie's trying to get Keesha to vote for Brian to stay. She asks Keesha if she can tell her something and keep it completely confidential. Keesha says yes. Angie then begins telling her that she'd like to keep Brian and she'd like Keesha to vote for him to stay. I'm not sure what Keesha said in reply, because I couldn't really hear.

Keesha wants Angie to come with her into the Diary Room and request (another?) enema. April sees them going in together and tells Libra that she doesn't like April/Keesha going into the DR together. She thinks it's suspicous.

Libra is annoyed and comes up with a bright idea. She's like, "Well they did a sock show last night... we'll do a hat show!" Then for no reason, Libra/April/Michelle go running for hats and put them on their heads, thinking that it'll somehow be a statement to the others, LoL. I'm totally confused by their actions! Are they in middle school or something?

Anyway, now they're in the backyard playing games with the hats on.

Angie comes out of the Diary Room and rushes to the backyard, where she grabs Steven and hugs him and whispers "I have Keesha" in his ear, all excited. Steven says "Really?" and they go off to talk privately.

Sounds like the house may be starting to flip!

OMG the best news ever! But the night is still relatively young. Lets see what Keesha does next.

I admit they can be completely ridiculous. i can overlook things like that because it's so stupid and silly when you think about it. i ignore dumb shit like that even in my real life. I cant overlook racist/sexist/homophobic comments. Once they go there I'm done with those bitches.

And Brian and Dan and April are more entertaining to me too. If I was in the house. i'd chill with them too. I dont really dislike anyone except for Steven. Just because they formed groups in the house doesnt mean i as a viewer like one group as opposed to the other. I'm not in the house. They all talk shit at some point
