I love how Libra explained that slop isnt oatmeal like it looks like on tv. All this time I always imagined that is what is was like. She said it was more like the stuff they give pigs. I went a camp where we had pigs. I've had that before it is so disgusting. When you eat it, it tastes like something humans shouldnt be eating. I'd prolly have to hold my nose to eat it. They should give them back peanut butter jelly.

LOL, I'm starting to think this is something the producers make them say in the DR. Did you watch the past few seasons? Danielle kept saying the exact same thing ("looks like oatmeal but it's not -- it's the devil's food") during All Stars when slop was introduced, and a few houseguests made the same comment during Seasons 8 and 9.

Really I really don't recall other people saying it. I must have missed those episodes.

And as far as the Dr. Will comparison. I think it's a cultural thing. In my real personal life, i don't have to many white friends. Most of my friends are people of color. No one I know finds Dr. Will cute or charming. No one I know finds the "good people" this season any better than the "bad people." No one I know thinks putting on tinfoil outfits is funny or entertaining. A lot of people I know actually like Libra and like that she is playing an aggressive game. They wish she would be a bit smarter about keeping things to herself.

I'm not saying that my friends represent the entire diaspora of Black, Hispanic, Asian, and Middle easterns in America but i think different minority groups react differently to certain social situations. And obviously there are certain exceptions to everything. I'm sure you will find a black person who thinks Dan and Steven are wonderful and adorable. But the general consensus among lots of people i talk to is not that at all.

So i think that is why we will never see eye to eye on these housemates in certain and i can accept that.

Now, if Keesha has some brains, she'll put up Dan and Jerry. It's too early for Keesha to make a move-shaker by nominating April/Libra and thus turning on her alliance. Keesha, I think, is more aligned with Renny by far than she is with L/A/O, but they don't know that. She keeps her alliance with L/A/O intact, keeping her safe, and keeps M/M/A/J off her back as well.

Keesha would be completely foolish right now to backdoor Libra or get even that thought in her head. I'm afraid she will because that's "what the house wants" and so forth like Jerry had happen. She's still aligned with L/A/O right now, even though she doesn't consider herself and/or doesn't want to be. For her to get rid of the ringleader of the group that would take her to the final four would be foolish. Put up two of the floaters (that you don't like) up in Dan and Jerry and keep everyone happy. If one of those two wins the veto, then you put up Renny knowing the other person will go home (Renny isn't liked, but she's well liked compared to Jerry/Dan right now)

I'm afriad Keesha will either straight up nominate Libra/April (Ollie) and screw herself over very quickly. If Memphis 'gets to her' and gets her to backdoor Libra, sure, maybe they can get L/A/O out of the house, but then when it's down to the final 6 (M/M/A/J and say Jerry/Renny/Dan) she will be the first to go. She's got a guaranteed final four right now with L/A/O.

I like Dan, so I don't want to see him on the block at all. I would love her to put up Jerry/Renny and backdoor someone from L/A/O because I don't like any of them. Backdooring April or Ollie will only incure the wrath of Libra, and Libra just has too much power.

Sure she will end up getting screwed in the end, but she isn't the one I want to win.

Oh, I 100% with you. For Keesha, it would be stupid to put up Libra, or backdoor Libra. But for ME I want her to do that. If Keesha is smart, she won't. She will get rid of one of the old people and hope that one of Memphis and Angie's crew gets the HOH next week. Which they seem incapable of doing.

Yeah, that's the point I was trying to make when I first opened my post - now we'll see just how smart Keesha is. As for getting one of the old people out, I don't think so. I don't think she'd want to anyway. I think Dan's going up for sure, but whether Jerry goes up too, we'll see. The only person she'd put up other than that is Angie I think. She realizes Memphis/Angie are 'together' all the time so she probably won't do that. I could see her putting up Angie in place of Dan/Jerry should one of them win veto though.

Well Keesha won that entirely by accident. Did you see the look on her face it was clear as day "Oh shit!" That's just the position she didn't want to be in right now. It's a tad early to make a move against Libra but if she were to go full out for team Libra she'll be burning bridges. She's going to have to do a Dan/Jerry.

But more importantly.... we may have witnessed the worst Goodbye Message in the history of Big Brother!!!!!!! Up until now that honor had belong to Dustin for his message to Kail but Jessie blew that out of the water with a goodbye message which summed up said something like... now that you've had the privilege to know maybe you can become a better human being by being more muscular.

Also Steven should've just fucking let himself cry he looked so damn stupid trying not to and failing miserably though I'd probably try not to cry on national TV too.

This week veto should be more important to Dan but with M/M/A/J on his side and not likely to get nominated than I think he's safe. I would predict Jerry leaving but I know Grodner is going to try really hard to prevent that.

Libra just asked Keesha, "Please don't put me up." Keesha said, "No shit, Sherlock."

She's promising Libra that she won't go against her and April, because she gave them her promise from the start.

I think Angie's the target this week. She wants to put up Angie and Memphis. Libra is assuring her that Memphis would have the votes to stay in that scenario.

Putting up two people from the Angie/Jessie/Memphis/Michelle alliance could cause them to implode. Only I hope Angie or Memphis wins POV, Jessie goes up as the replacement and his ass is sent home. If Keesha really wants Angie gone though, she'd be smarter to backdoor her after POV is played, IMO. By nominating her right off the bat, it only ensures that Angie will be able to play in POV.

Hmmmmm I can see a Memphis/Angie nom (wouldn't work out welll for my Angie though ) But that would be a clear first stone against the M/M/J/A alliance... and they'll be wishing they BDed Libra.

But I guess if no one's ever told you, you wouldn't know.

Actually people do tell me. But it makes me sort of uncomfortable. A lot of people are the same way. I just prefer compliments that are not as shallow.

Just like Nik who is very smart guy might prefer people saying they think he's smart over telling him he's hot.

Please come on! Let's all act like human beings here and admit that everyone would like to think they posses all the best qualities in all areas. It's human nature. There's nothing "shallow" about saying someone is hot. Saying that being physically attractive outweighs intelligence or personality or humor or any number of qualities in importance is shallow but the base statement that a human being is physically attractive is not "shallow"
