And I still don't get the appeal of Jeff. None of the guys this season are even remotely cute.

I forgot you're into girls. You just want to run up to them and giggle in them don't you?

Jeff is an attractive guy. I'm not crazy about him, but he's cute and he seems like a fun person.

I have BB needs Nik! I need someone to fantasize over every season. There's no one else.

Am I missing something on the feeds but Casey seems really ornery and unpleasant. I thought he was gonna be the big fun-loving party guy. All he does is moan and complain about other people moaning and complaining. Plus he's always got a puss on his face and he's just a big ball of negativity. Everything he's said on the show so far has been negative too. I wouldnt hire him to DJ my party. Thats for sure.

I did think Chima was making a mistake but I can certainly see where she's coming from. You get selected for Big Brother then find out there's cliques and you are stuck on the geek team with two people who are completely unathletic and useless, who keep losing everything. You can tell Chima is not really a geek. She is a popular girl who took AP classes. Michele and Ronnie are true geeks. There's nothing worse than when you lose and someone on your team (Ronnie) is so happy saying how the dogmats on metal are not that bad.

I think if I were on a team with Ronnie and Michelle after that pathetic display on the HOH comp, then the food comp, I would have lost it.

agreed^^ I feel for CHIMA! her team is fucking useless, I mean they were the first one to drop in the first HOH COMPETITION... She was the one who lasted longer than them.. I hope she doesn't go, a sista must fucking win this show after Danielle was robbed TWICE! Libra from last year was great too.

No one is saying she didn't have a right to be upset, but she's stupid for showing it. There is a difference you know and people can control their emotions. Also I'm sorry but her prissy attitude ("This is not how I usually live, this is not diva enough for me!") was extremely off-putting. I hate when people say crap like that, and I have no tolerance for class snobbery (and even less for class affectation). It's usually about the person's own manifest insecurities and really, what do they expect everyone else to say? "Oh yes, you shouldn't be living like this because you're so much more awesome than the rest of us?" Please. Kick rocks Chima and get over yourself! I'd be willing to bet I grew up with a lot more privilege and money than you (Upper East Side parents/boarding school/Ivy League education etc) and I certainly don't act or think like that, nor do I think I'm too good for a cot for one measly week on a TV show that you chose to go on where you're trying to win money!

Oh yeah, and I was also popular/smart/athletic in high school and I wouldn't have had any problem being on a team with Ronnie or Lab-coat Lady. Then or now.

Yea she didnt have to say a lot of that but I really think it was out of frustration of being on Michele and Ronnie's team which I can definitely sympathize with. It seems like instead of yelling at them she just vented a little. I personally would have a problem being on Ronnie and Michele's team. During the challenges they look like bumbling fools. it is obvious they just tacked her onto the Brains team because she's the black girl. If I was in her shoes I'd feel the same way and be a little pissed about it. She should have been on the popular team. She's a fuckin sorority girl. They just want to cleave to the visual stereotype that popular in America= white girl with long hair and big tits.

How was Danielle robbed twice? OK I'll give you that maybe she should have won BB3 (and even then I can cite countless flaws in her gameplay, and make a good case for Lisa's win) but BB7 All Stars?? Are you kidding me??? She was totally outplayed by Will that season, and didn't even see (until it was too late) that he had created and amped up the Danielle vs Janelle feud that allowed him to lay back while they took out each other's allies. Her entire game in BB7 was not unlike the lame Sovereign Gameplay i.e. My team must win HOH and evict someone from the other team. A tactic that has never succeeded on this show and one that is, quite frankly, beneath Danielle (who I'll admit, is capable of better).

And bringing up Libra is even worse. Other than being extremely perceptive (which she was) and even though I liked her a lot of the time too, there's no way her gameplay was in the same league as Dan, Memphis or Keesha. Not even close.

I agree on Danielle but I have always disagreed on the Libra thing. I dont think Keesha played a better game than Libra skillwise. I always maintained that her blonde hair made people treat her differently than they did Libra. Even people on the boards were willing to forgive how awful she was in the beginning just because she cozyed up to gay racist Steven any time April pissed her off.

You know I'm usually with you on the race implications of this show but...that's ridiculous.

I'm sorry dear, but if you wanna talk about racism on this show (and Lord knows, it IS there) you have to make more nuanced arguments than that. Otherwise an opposing argument can easily tear yours apart. For example, had the show NOT put her on the "Brains" team -- even though she got straight A's etc -- they could have easily been accused of perpetuating a stereotype that success for Black people in the media is never portrayed via academics or intellectual pursuits. I bet if she'd been on the Popular Team some people (maybe even you) would have said that they're devaluing her intelligence and that the show "just wants to cleave to the visual stereotype that intelligent in America = white people with glasses."

I kinda see what your saying but I'm sticking to my guns here. I would definitely not say that if she was on the popular as opposed to the brains. But compared to the 2 other brains she does not fit. They are both really nerdy socially awkward brains. One of the brains is a nuclear physicist or something. she just took AP classes in high school. If she was an entomologist and they put her on the popular team then you would have a point, but she's not.

OK OK, after watching the lousy way Chima is playing the game, I have to agree. She's not a brain.

Thank you. And she is playing a bit of a mess. Not as messy as Ronnie but not great either. I think she could be out. Braden is really endearing himself to most of the housemates and could flip the vote. She is wasting her time socializing with Jessie a lot which makes no sense because he has no vote.

My opinions so far:

Ronnie: Idiot. He's playing the game waaay too obviously. Making an alliance this early is gonna cost him.

Michelle: Like her. Quite pretty too. She seems a good player, has the sense to just sit back and slip under the radar.

Chimi: She's not playing the game too well, either. Wouldn't mind her going.

Lydia: Love her, think she's sweet and original. But she's not the most subtle gameplayer, her talking to Kessie was way too obvious.

Braden: Total surfer guy. Nice ass too-or so I've seen in Dante's Cove.

Jeff: Don't know much about him yet.

Jordan: Same.

Kevin: Ha, gayest guy ever! He's pretty attentive and watchful though, so could go far.

Laura: Like her. I think she's ruthless enough to go far.

Natalie: Who'd believe she was 18? Stupid mistake to make, shows she's a bit naive.

Russell: Seems like he's playing the game already. Working Jessie, anyway.

Casey: Nice guy, don't know much else about him.

Jessie: He's such a dick, isn't he? And not too bright either. Lots of muscle, and not even good looking.

Laura and Michele are in the bedroom with the lights off plotting a secret alliance between the two of them.

They both want Russell out next week. Badly.

Laura says Michele is smart and she thinks they could make a strong pair.

Jeff, Braden, and Jordan are obnoxious ignorant douchebags. I cant believe people are ignoring how awful they are just because they are against Jessie. Jeff's group confrontations are beyond ridiculous and seem have no point whatsoever. Braden is the most random airhead that says some of the dumbest things. All he talks about his auditions and why he deserved to be picked. Then he says he wasnt getting work because he's not a big-nosed Jew. But I guess people can overlook that because he's not making fun of gay people.

Princess Michele made a big mistake with that spastic confrontation with Casey. I dont think she is the mastermind people keep making her out to be. She was a mess with Casey and could have potentially put a target on her back. Not too mention you cant be a good player if you are so clearly smitten with a housemate. She would forget about her husband and suck the antidote out Jeff's dick he asked. She's worse than Jordan. I guarantee she'd do anything Jeff asked her to do.

Jordan is hands down the most loveable HG in this season. She's so sweet and pure and it really shines through.

The fights today were SO EPIC. Woke me up from my nap and nothing is usually able to wake me up.

I hate Lydia more and more every minute. She's just a liar.

While I understand how always being the loosing team could be aggravating I wouldn't call Micele useless... lossing the first HOH is far better than winning it and as for the luxury comp she stood back and let Ronnie do his thing, same as Chima. She just comes off as a poor sport to me. She was freaking out before she even knew what he punishment was.

I don't know I might be harsh on her because the way she reacted to being in the brains clique... she was clearly insulted and felt the need to anounce that she was not a geek... to which I say SCREW YOU you should be proud of the fact your greatest attribute is found inside your head.

Well you might want to find a plan B because I doubt that Jeff's gonna be there much longer.... Hooters and Bi-polydia should want his ass out immediately because if he wins HOH they have to be his targets, seeing as he can't nominate his actual targets.
