I concur wholeheartedly. I dislike them more than the Jocks too. The way they carried on like Braden was the amazing guy who was cheated was ridiculous. It would be one thing if they were upset that they needed him for their game but they act like Jesus was evicted. pathetic. I dont like Casey either. He's such a crabby bastard. I cant believe he is a dj and a teacher he is such a downer.

It's weird but I'm actually starting to warm to the jocks a bit. I dont have the feeds so I only see clips. I think their bully tactics are nuts. But in a lot of the clips Ive seen they are kinda likeable. There was a part last night where Russell, Chima, Nat, and Jessie were talkin about the live show and they were really relaxed and fun. Russell and Chima were actually getting kinda cozy. They were kinda cute together surprisingly. Jessie also has several moments when he is pleasant and sweet. He still revolves all conversations around himself in some way but he's not this horrible monster.

The other people just bitch and bitch about how they are the good ones because they wanted to keep Braden. As if that makes them good. Nobody in the game is good the ones. They have a neverending moan about how Ronnie is a liar. DUH. This is not the honesty game. They have no organization or coherent strategy. The jocks have a bad one but at least it's unified. They are still so obsessed with the vote not going their way. They needa get over it and think of something new. Their genius idea to tell Chima that Ronnie lied about his vote to evict her was silly because his lie saved her and exposed them for being against her. Idiots!

I really don't think their anger was about Braden and how he was cheated or any of that it was that they stuck their necks out for Lydia by supporting her and then she sold them down the river and they felt betrayed. I get that. Very much so.

And I don't know what you're talking about it's team Jock that always pats themselves on the back for being the 'good' ones because they got rid of the big bad racist but haven't even broached the issue of Russel using a homophobic slur (or Jeff for that matter) but the reality is they got rid of their own mysoginistic physical obssesed personalities that see the young fit male as the default "threat"

And that plan wasn't dumb because Ronnie didn't represent himself to the jocks as I'm voting to keep Chima but I'm lieing about it. He represented it as I'm keeping her and but they think I'm neutral. He kept his options open so he could betray her if he felt like it and he's playing the whoel house which always pisses the whole house off.

The Have/Have Not Challenge has been going on for about three hours now. I wonder what kind of challenge it is, and who won.

^ But ultimately Ronnie's duplicity saved Chima and exposed Laura, Casey, and Michelle as her enemies. he didnt come up with the plan, they brought it to him. and apparently to Chima only pretended to go along with it. Plus he told the jocks ahead of time Michele would be the hinky vote. I think he'll of a much easier job convincing the jocks he never planned on voting Chima out. For all we know he didnt. As I said before he's doing so much you cant really tell.

According to Joker' website, Ronnie claimed he is putting up Jeff and Laura.

Is it me or does it seem like Big Brother is making it so Jesse (or one his clique members) win? I am losing interest fast.

I would love to actually like the atheletes if they were better people. Regardless of gameplay and tactics, Laura, Michele and Casey are definately the nicer people in the house and I admire that.

People like Natalie, Lydia and Russeul are rude, mean, and unlikeable. Kevin and Jessie as well are obnoxious. People can argue all they want about racist terms and the lot, but inside that house, things get crazy within seconds, and words just come flying out.

Ronnie can seriously go die. I wouldn't even give a shit.

Now if Michele, Casey and Laura get together, they should have voted to evict Braden to keep the target off their back, then strike back at the atheletes when they have power. I think the house is progressing way too fast. Arguments have been erupting, a firm division in the house has pretty much been drawn... things are going fast fast this season. Not even season6 had a firm division after week one, and season 6 was all about one side taking out the other (I think... that one with Maggie and Janelle?) Whether or not its a good thing...

Braden's interview was a trainwreck. The questions Julie asked him at the end were priceless. I died laughing my ass off at his inarticulate, stupid, pathetic responses. Good example of trash, Braden.

Michele is growing on me too. but she needs to step away from that big group. She needs to drop Jordan and Jeff, get Laura and Casey on her side and maybe pry Kevin away from Lydia. I think that would be good for her. Although her and Chima made up, I'm not sure they could work together.

But that's just it... dropping Jordan and Jeff would be a HORRIBLE idea. That's likes saying 'hmmmm I don't wnat this body armor, toss' A while ago her and Laura talked about teaming up and had Ronnie voted out Braden who do you think would've gone out in the battle Jeff, Braden, Russel, Nat etc and whichever ones were left around would've been picked off by the group.

the seasons almost always work that way. A group of 4 or five set them part across from the house (See Mrs. Robinson Alliance, Brian's team, Horsemen) Then after the hosue has squashed them the large alliance snaps in two.

If Lydia gets picked off in the battle, which she'll do if she doesn't shut up, then she could definitely work with Kevin because he'll need a home. He seems very level headed about the whole thing. I also doubt she could ever work with Chima or Ronnie. After final noms are set what needs to happen for the non-jocks is they need to approach the jocks and ask for a one week truce to target Ronnie so he'll stop causing chaos. Loosing Ronnie won't hurt the jocks numbers so they just might agree.

I think we are on different schedules. by the time you disagree with me I have often come to a different place. But in this case I havent changed my mind.

I never said being calm and reasonable is a weakness. I said being afraid of confrontation can be a weakness. You cant get through all situations by sitting down on a couch and being polite and respectful. The world is not a CBS studio. It is crazy, irrational, and dangerous. Being afraid of real confrontation could put you in a bad place.

I really don't think you can say he's "afraid of confrontation" though. He had no problem doing something he knew would piss off Ollie and Michelle and he stuck to his guns about it.

I didn't see it's inception I know the BBAD scroll said that "Ronnie decided to shake up the house and is tryign to save Braeden" how much trust to put in the scroll I don't know. Honestly dude I think they should all be aware of the fact that someones trying to manipulate EVERYONE and therefore shoudln't trust him. He's playing way to hard too early, creating trouble in an obvious way when he need not do so. That just never works. If I was on the jock team I'd be pissed at him.

That's amazing news for Laura. She'd go home against Casey but this could be the only chance to take him down because so few of them can nominate him.

that sucks. and here I was thinking Jeff was playing the best game. Sucks cause I was rooting for him nd Jordan. If he does go this week looks like the 14 day Trial is all i'll be getting this year.

CBS censors 'Big Brother' slurs
Published: 7/17/09, 7:45 PM EDT
By DERRIK J. LANG
LOS ANGELES (AP) - It was the most memorable speech in "Big Brother" history, but fans didn't hear all of it.

Television viewers watching the "Big Brother 11" eviction episode Thursday only heard part of contestant Chima Simone's petition to stay on the voyeuristic CBS reality show.

Host Julie Chen later called it "the most memorable last plea speech we've ever heard."

But the audio cut out right as the 32-year-old freelance journalist referenced a derogatory term for people of Mexican descent that fellow nominee Braden Bacha, a 28-year-old model-actor, had used against two other contestants. Bacha's use of the term was also edited out.

Also censored was Simone saying that Bacha had used a sexually insulting word to describe host Chen, who also co-hosts "The Early Show."

Bacha was eliminated; Simone saved.

CBS said the statements were removed from the broadcast because they were offensive and did not meet the network's standards. Gay slurs slung by contestant Jeff Schroeder during an argument on Tuesday's episode were also left on the cutting room floor. The only place viewers could hear the heated words was on the show's live streaming Internet feed.

The network said in a statement Friday that "any views or opinions expressed in personal commentary by a houseguest appearing on 'Big Brother,' either on any live feed from the house or the broadcast, are those of the individuals speaking and do not represent the views or opinions of CBS or the producers of the program."

For 11 seasons, "Big Brother" has isolated contestants - or houseguests, as they're referred to on the show - from the outside world. They live under constant surveillance on a soundstage constructed to look like a house. Once a week, the contestants vote to evict each other in hopes of being the last houseguest standing and winning the $500,000 grand prize.

On Showtime 2's "Big Brother After Dark," an uncensored and unedited live broadcast of what's happening inside the house for three hours each night, Simone said the producers told her that her speech was censored. She also said she confronted producers about editing out the slurs.

"I said, I don't think it's fair because I don't think they showed when it first was said," Simone told her fellow houseguests during "Big Brother After Dark" following Thursday's live eviction episode on CBS. "And I was like, 'If someone's a racist, they should be portrayed as one. You shouldn't edit it to make them look good.'"

"Big Brother" has a history of contestants who spew controversial slurs. Ninth season winner Adam Jasinski was fired from the United Autism Foundation after using an offensive word to refer to autistic children. Eighth season contestant Amber Siyavus ignited a firestorm outside the "Big Brother" house when she said Jewish people tend to be "really money-hungry" and "selfish."

Yea I agree. It's one thing to be aware of it but I dont think it's gonna help Jeff/Jordan/Laura at the present time. People have been suspicious of Ronnie's wheeling and dealing for a while. I didnt see it as a revelation exactly.

Jeff is such an idiot for alienating himself from his group completely like he did. Even after his argument with Russell he could have made a better effort to remain on decent terms with the athletes. But he starts fighting with Natalie instead. They had the advantage of being a 4-person team. So it could have been 2 on 2. But he didnt put in the work. Instead put all his chips in Jordan, who's kinda useless as a partner and Braden, who was on the block. It was way too big a gamble to go against his alliance first eviction. Now they're all sulking around. Theyre victims of their own stupidity for putting all their eggs in one basket. Even though I dont like Jeff and Casey they really screwed themselves. I want it to be a good fight to the end. Not like BB8 which was like whole house vs Jen.

The jocks are not endearing themselves by their gloating though. Chima I could understand a little celebration for going from being pawn, suffering have not status and being almost out with a tie vote but she's taking it too far. Honestly I dont think Jeff and Casey were ever gonna warm to her but it might have been wise to appeal to Laura and build her relationship with Michele which is fragile at best. Chima should try to get Kevin in a deal that doesnt include the jocks. I'm afraid she isnt shrewd enough to consider it though.

Kevin I still have hope for. But I do think he has the balls for the long haul. He's too emotional fragile. Chima seems to think Natalie will be her girl till the end which I think is mistake. Natalie is too abrasive and all the other girls hate her guts. Lydia, as messy as she is could go far in this game oddly enough thanks to the polarization. I could see her in the final 2. I'm not sure she could win because I think most people would vote for anyone but her.

This sucks Laura is one of my fav's and is playing a good IMO, I don't know what Ronnie will do. He flip flops to much or me to even assume what he will do

Jeff definitely isn't playing the best game. Never was. He pulls too much attention to himself.

It woudl be a miracle if Natalie made it to the end. The bitch never shuts up. NEver minds her own business. And is always so self-righteous. It was so easy for her not to be a target with Russel adn Jessie on her team but now she's just helping Jessie by being such a little ass.

Chima can't count on Ronnie. She can't count on Lydia (I really doubt anyone can save Kevin. The crazy bitch is all over teh map). She certainly can't count on the jocks. It would be very wise of her to try and cut a deal with Kevin but I doubt it. She spends too much time with teh Athlete jocks and none with Lydia/Kevin

I just saw on jokers that Russel wants to go after Ronnie next week....this is only going to snowball after Laura is nominated and explodes on him. I really forsee a one week truce deal by the end of the week
