I don't know, it did always seem like Lydia really hated her. Even when they had an alliance it was purely strategic because only she, Natalie and Kevin were left and she said as much in her post-eviction interview. Out of the two of them, Lydia is by far the most preferable. Lydia was bat-shit crazy, but Natalie was repulsive.
